Booked the villa for my birthday celebration, dined in Jeff cellar restaurant. Both the hotel & restaurant service are top notch. The staff is very attentive & friendly, as well the buggy service arrive after few minutes we call.. also enjoy their yoga activities, a short gateway from the busy city, living in the nature space. Highly recommend for couple to do their honeymoon or celebration here ..

Very quiet place for relax & enjoy the nature around.

This hot spring hotel is nestled in the valley, boasting beautiful surroundings and fresh air. There's no need to leave the resort; you can simply enjoy good food and drinks, soak in the hot springs, and even feed the fish. Breakfast is served until 11:00 AM and is à la carte. A friendly Chinese staff member recommended the *char kway teow*, shredded chicken rice noodles, and curry rice noodles, all of which were absolutely delicious! We also tried the French restaurant located in a cave, and the ambiance was truly stunning. The food service there was genuinely very slow, so it's best to enjoy some wine while you wait. The souvenir we received at check-out was also a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here if you have the time.

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. It is one of the most luxurious villas we have stayed at. Staff were all well trained and accommodating. Grounds were well maintained. But of all, the natural limestone caves were the draw that differentiates this property

Stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it. Peaceful location surrounded by limestone hills, private villa with plunge pool and hot tub, and amazing service. Perfect for relaxing.

I absolutely loved this place so much that I've been back a second time! It always puts me in such a great mood, and I'll definitely be returning for a third visit – it's truly worth it. My only regret was that the cave restaurant wasn't open. Do make sure to meditate in the crystal cave!

Love that you can DIY your own juice during breakfast. The room is spacious and clean. Good place for a short retreat for the mind.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. Everything about the experience was near perfect. The setting was stunning, with majestic limestone cliffs forming a beautiful backdrop. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor hot springs, indoor hotspring soak, and the private plunge pool were incredibly relaxing. The à la carte buffet breakfast was delicious as well. The buggy service around the resort was efficient, which was great since the walk between villas and facilities can be quite long. Guests also receive free entry to the Lost World of Tambun if they join the Jungle Walk—however, do note that the walk involves quite a bit of climbing with many steps, so anyone with mobility concerns should take this into account. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I genuinely feel it was worth the money spent.
