Ulasan Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

We had a pleasant stay. We wanted to extend our stay, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant's location was also great, right by the sea. The food was good, although we were always told the papaya salad was out of stock.

The hotel is not bad, but after going to bed at around 11pm, a thief opened the door and ran away. I didn't sleep well that night. I put a quilt behind the door to prevent theft.

This room is a villa, not in the main building. The facilities are OK. You have to go to the main building or the room service to eat.
