The hotel was lovely with good facilities. Situated near the river. We had a pleasant room and a good [self service] breakfast. Check in was - however - chaos. We were travelling by coach in a party of 60 odd. The coach used the rear entry ”ground floor”. Reception was on 1st floor. People would get in lift with their luggage to go up only to appear again and again not having done so.

Love my stay at Elite Hotel Mimer. Great food at restaurant artonnittiosju High standard at the food at artonnittiosju with excellent service Clean hotell and very nice interior in a classic style. The staff was always very nice Thank you for a nice stay.

Ottimo wifi, parcheggio libero, personale sorridente, ottima colazione, letti comodi. Per chi arriva infrasettimanale ha la cena inclusa ( nessuna scelta ma cmq cucinato bene). Stanza ( 32) molto ampia oltre ai letti anche tre poltrone. In albergo vari angoli relax per leggere e godersi una bibita calda gratuita. Anche una sala con il biliardo ed un tavolo da ping pong ed all aperto vari giochi. Ottima doccia. L albergo si trova proprio sulla strada principale quindi non va cercato. La finestrella nella ns stanza non chiudeva bene e quindi arrivava uno spiffero.

YYLingCheck-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

Professional staff, good food & location are some great features, breakfast was included in the hotel tariff and worthwhile with variety and catered to different diets. Located opposite function centre and next to a big shopping centre - very central. The' lazy' Sunday was a bonus - you could check out much later, I think at 6.00pm! Reception staff were very obliging. Good for business or leisure.

KkallevikenNew hotel with good standard. Car parking facility easily available. Good breakfast, not largest variety but still good! Yu can buy a simple meal or a drink in the lobby restaurant. During weekends the nightclub sound gets through to the rooms. Room was spacious and clean.

MMaria MGreat location near the University and airport, only 20 minute walk to Umeå centre. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom was basic with shower and spotlessly clean. Good selection at breakfast buffet, dinner is also buffet style and though there are limited options I always found what was on offer to be tasty and great value at approx €18.70 for two. Overall a very enjoyable stay in the beautiful city of Umeå.
