房間很大，設施很好，早餐比較少，而且要提前預訂，我們7人的晚餐燒了一個半小時，而且千萬別點本地牛肉，太難吃咬不動，一點沒吃，除了吃，風景很棒，無敵海景

Once you arrive here the view will simply take your breath away. The way the place accommodates a perfect view out into the ocean and where it joins the land is awe inspiring. That is the view alone, the service here is simply top notch. All the people there including Kumara, Rasika,Thilina, sehan yasmka, chef sujith, were extremely accommodating no matter the request. The creativity and flavors of the chef here was top notch as well, didn't even feel the need to find a place to eat nearby after trying their food the first night. Honestly the only minor gripe I had was the wifi was spotty, but most of the time that didn't matter.

What an absolute S**t hole! The pictures are so unrealistic. We thought we were booking a boutique hotel with beautiful views and a pool. Completely different to what we got. Dirty, grubby, tired, marks all over the walls, the bathroom was filthy and mouldy. Don't get me started on the mattress (the room wasn't ready for us so we managed to see it). The pool was being cleaned and out of use. The staff were unpresentable. We should have known the quality of the hotel as soon as we pulled up. Again, dirty! We left the hotel very quickly after seeing our room.

**Hotel Review** Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight, primarily because the views alone are worth every penny. Waking up to breathtaking scenery each morning was a highlight of our trip. While it's true that the hotel could use a bit of TLC in some areas, the overall experience more than makes up for it. The staff, particularly Kumara, Rasika, Thilina, and Sehan, are some of the best I've encountered. They are incredibly caring and always ready to attend to our needs, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. Breakfast here is excellent, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The restaurant menu is impressive, thanks to Chef Sujith and Yasanka, who do an outstanding job. Don't miss out on the creamy hot sauce—it was so good, we couldn't get enough of it! Overall, this hotel offers a memorable stay with stunning views, top-notch service, and fantastic dining. Highly recommended!

This 5-star haven surpassed my expectations. The luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and breathtaking ocean views left me in awe. The spacious rooms were elegantly designed, offering utmost comfort. The delectable cuisine tantalized my taste buds, while the infinity pool provided pure relaxation. Unawatuna Levels truly defines paradise!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in Sri Lanka !!! The accommodation was in very bad condition. Our room was very very dirty and moreover the air conditioning was broken. The restaurant is just disgusting. Finally we left after 1 night and did not get any refund. The price for the hotel is just ridiculous. 5 stars ?!? No it’s maximum 1 star or less 👎🏼👎🏼

The photos on the website are dated and prove that you can polish a turd!! We were due to stay for 4 nights over the New Year but left after the first. Plaster had come off the walls, the shower was filthy and although we had a view over the bay towards Galle, this was the only plus. This was in the deluxe/superior suite at the top of the hotel. When we left we were pushed out of the door. Please do not waste your money on this place when there are so many other decent places around.

When we arrived, were very disappointed to find the hotel very run down and in disrepair. The website is very out dated as are the reviews. The food was appalling. We pre ordered a break fast to go whale watching. One for us and our driver. Our driver was appalled also. ( 1 piece of toast, 1 egg and 1 destroyed banana). We asked out your operator to move us to an alternative which they agreed to. levels refused to give a refund for the days we did not use. I do not recommend you stay here. It is not worth the money or your heartache when you get there! (No lifts and the staff main when they carry your bag up to your room)

A little gem of a hotel, close to Unawatuna and Galle and within walking distance of Jungle Beach. Super-friendly staff always greeting you with a smile, large rooms, cosy pool area with sun beds in the shade. Lovely breakfast and good dinners. Only minus was long waiting times at dinner - maybe time for a smaller menu? We’ll definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice area, the beach is very close. Feels quite local. Very comfy beds and nice pool area. The staff were incredibly sweet and always helpful and kind. The restaurant has nice food but we sometimes had to wait a long time for it. Lovely breakfast though! Also the bathrooms were maybe not the best but still ok!

The website is very misleading as the hotel has become very outdated and is certainly not 4 star as the website suggests. Its no longer a modern and elegant boutique hotel but i can see that it once was. The hotel are clearly struggling financially, the bathrooms are very tired and they do not offer services like laundry or spa as advertised. The bath is unusable as its very dirty and there is a leak when turned on. Wifi connection is probably the worst we have had in Sri lanka and there doesnt seem to be any English speaking TV channels. The staff try but are not experienced enough to provide a 4 star service so some things are left lacking. Cheaper products are used at breakfast and you cannot have a juice if you have fruit for example. Also be aware that the hotel is a bit noisy at night from the staff running around and some guests have to walk past your window to get to their door (which they can see through!!). Our room was a good size and the hotel has a view is nice. The hotel is up a very steep hill so tuk tuk / transport required into the main town (tuk tuks do struggle a bit getting up the hill). Overall very disappointing for the high price and false advertising on the website which sets the wrong expectations (for westerners particularly).

The photos are very outdated and do not match the current condition of the rooms or public areas of the hotel. It is obvious that several years ago it was a very modern, chic, and comfortable place to stay, but renovations and updates are desperately needed. Our suite had a large bathtub that was too dirty to use, the lock/keys for our door would regularly get stuck and be difficult to open or lock, the cabanas surrounding the pool had dirty linens, our bathroom sink had a leak and the bathroom had a serious ant problem. The worst problem was the air conditioner which stopped working 5 times during our 4-day stay making it difficult to sleep or relax in our room. Again, all of these issues happened in our suite which was supposed to be the best or one of the best rooms at the property. On the positive side, the staff was great and tried to accommodate us the best they could. Every time the air conditioner broke someone would come to fix it, but the fix would only last a short time before the AC unit broke again. The staff in the restaurant were great, very attentive and the food was good. We can’t say anything negative about the staff, they were very helpful to us, but the hotel needs to do some renovations/updates to be rated as highly as they are on and the photos on the website are very misleading
