Joe's Resort Unawatuna

Small but a good Hotel , very well maintained and the food was GOOD !!! . Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Rooms were small but well kept , the bathrooms were clean and well kept too. Pool is on the rooftop and has a great view. the Beach is a long stretch and plenty of restaurants along the beach.

The rooms are small but u shouldn't be bothered with it because half of the time u would be on the beach this hotel has. It has private beach where u can just walk in at any time. The water over there isn't calm but u will enjoy the beach experience this hotel provides. The food was also good and did catered to vegetarian as well. The options provided for one day was good and can be improved upon. The resort doesn't have any other option apart from the superb beach view and beach access. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the services. The staff was cordial and was helpful and provided in room dining as well Important thing, hotel needs to provide intercom facility. The room lacks that so if u hav to communicate anything u need to go down physically. I guess Joe's resort doesn't have concept of intercom because other resort also didn't had. This thing is must and hotel need to provide the same because it causes inconvenience.

A very nice hotel located on the seashore The Joe s hotel at Unatunwana has one of boundaries with waves hitting it's sitting area. It is clean waters Make you forget most of the stress in everyday life (temporarily) The hotel staff who made extensive vegetarian dishes in buffet and attended to all our calls .They also packed breakfast for our train ride to Bentota .The rooms were clean and well equipped

This is an excellent place to visit if you are a beach lover. The view the sea bathing the sea accessibility all are really easy at this place. The people are so nice from the booking to the visit. Each and everyone is so friendly so lovely people and they remeber what we requested at the first place they will remeber throughout the next days. We stayed in the Junior suite it’s very spacious and gives us our own space. And the view. The room is very clean and have all the amenities we required. There Sri Lanka. Food and the pizza is so good. They will put all the ingredients to make it delicious. They are very attentive to quality and service level Really enjoyed unwatuna due to the convenience This place offered to us. Lovely place

Amazing place for holiday. The sea view room is so beautiful... The staff here are so friendly. I especially appreciate Mr. Mahesh, Supun and Prasanna for their hospitality and hard work. And you'll be served with best food of your choice. Highly recommended for holiday

It's more than what we expected. A five-star class service. Highly recommended. Good food. Excellent hospitality. Awesome beach. Cozy room with all amenities. We experienced the hotel to be very peaceful too. The staff was accommodating. Significantly, the resident manager, Lasantha, needs to mention, Danuka from the Kitchen. They made us so unique and made our stay a memorable one. We love it!
