It a nice hotel from family. The room neat and well maintained. Prior, it near to Disneyland. Took a walk from hotel to Disneyland. It not that far, about 15-17minute. However, we staying facing the sea. There a 2 lanes road and occasionally there some powerful bikes/cars with turbo, there some noise. Stayed at level 10. The view is awesome and it compensated the minor noise short come

I hope my review could do justice to this hotel. It is very dated and has this rustic atmosphere. BUT it is what it is. We could not possibly hope to pay lesser and want the hotel to do face-lift like brand new. Who do renovation free of charge? This hotel makes the best out of what it has and guests, like us, could feel the hospitality. I think the deal I booked from trip.com was not bad. S$568 for 2 Adults and 2 Children for 3 Days and 2 nights and comes with daily breakfast. The room has 4 beds and it 36 sqm. Spacious. The location is not bad for the Disney Line. The location is if you want a snack or two at night because this is a tourist area. We do our mini food and grocery run at the Resort Line Station before taking the hotel shuttle at Bus Stop C. This shuttle takes us back to hotel lobby. Best of all, our room is facing Disneyland and we managed to catch the fireworks at comfort of our room.

Fantastic stay for those who are looking to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, the amenities here are just wonderful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly suggest staying in the Executive Floors for access to the lounge which includes a buffet breakfast and cocktail hour in the evening.

Too far from the major part of the Tokyo. Stay away from this hotel if you only visit in the major part of the city. This hotel room is clean and bigger than any other hotel in Tokyo that we have stayed. Though I like they give us the huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner, there’s lot of things that they need to work on: 1)They still go in our room when I put Do not disturb sign. 2)Microwave should place in common area for fast heat up, yet I like the service of microwave the food for you and bring the items to your room. It is still inconvenient. 3) No beverage given to us in the refrigerator that’s minus points. Their breakfast package help you save some money. Breakfast starts 7-10am. The breakfast foods are all same everyday, so don’t expect new menu every morning. Check out time is 12 pm and they can hold onto your luggage on your last day and take their own free bus shuttle to Disneyland. After you finish visiting Disneyland and come back to take your luggage and leave

We visited this hotel in 2017, 6 years ago and loves the hotel so much we came back for the second time. Mystay Maihama is one of the closest hotel to Disneysea. It is also close to the Maihama train statiom and reachable with a 10 minutes walk. If you take a look from thw top 7th floor on clear weather you can look out to the sea. We dun find any food around so it is wise to pack some instant or microwave food from the convenience stores at the train station. The items are clean and the housekeep turnover is very nice. They even pack out huge baymax to sleep when we return back. The hot water are adjustable so besude to look behind the closet for a small controller if the water is too hot or too cold. The best item is the foot massager that really cures our leg after long walk in the disneyland. We are disappointed that we arrived late and was unable to book for the breakfast because it ran out for the buffet breakfast for the next day so we have to walk hungry to Disneyland to get our breakfast. In the morming therw is shuttle bus that starts off at 8 to bring hotel guest to first the Maihama train station then to Disneyland. The only cable there is on tv channel is CNN news and CCTV news. Other channels are local . The powerpoint is 2 parallel Type A NEMA 1-15. Please note that the pin in Japan is wider than US pin so if you are coming from U.S., the plug cannot go in We loves the hotel that we actually overstayed. I am not sure how the overstay works, we spent 3 night in the hotel and have to pay 2000yen for overstayed 40 minutes after checkout time because we were in disneyland for 2 days and overslept. So be sure to check out before 10am. We wun be coming back to the hotel any time soon because the price has changed so much since the last time we came.

舞浜駅からは徒歩１５分とありましたが、荷物もあるので、おさんぽバスに乗りました。１００円で行きます。ホテル斜め前に停まります。 恐竜さんが受付、タブレットが前に置いてあり、操作をしてから、隣の機械で支払いをして、ルームキーが出てきます。地域クーポンは、受付が終わると、スタッフが出てきます。 高層階と言っても５階の部屋ですが、ディズニーの花火は良く見えました。 コーナーにしても横の窓からは、住宅が見えるだけで、景色が良いわけではありませんでした。 ロボホンと遊べるのは、楽しいですが、電気を付けるのも、ロボホンに頼まないと付かず、なかなか反応してくれなく、イラついたのもありました。 朝食は、いったん外に出てレストランに入ります。セットメニューです。 朝食券はありません。部屋番号を入り口で言います。 ご飯、みそ汁、パン、ドリンクはご自由にでした。 帰りの送迎バスは、１０時３５分は混んでいましたが、４０分のはガラガラでした。

This hotel was nice, the room was sparkling clean and comfy. Amenities were good. As a Disney Resort partner hotel, the facilities include shuttle bus to Maihama Station and Bayside Station for access to DisneySea and Disneyland. As most hotels in Japan that I learned, it also provides a package delivery service which I found very convenient. As we move from place to place this service made it possible for us to go by train or bus without dragging heavy luggage as we had sent it to the next hotel. It also provides a contactless checkout facility via room TV, so if you don't have anything to settle at the front office you can use this. We did, and found it very easy and convenient.

Amazing experience! It just help us to upstar our Disney experience! Breakfast has plentyyyy of choice of food. A FULL set of facial product - make up removal, cleanser, toner, moisturiser WOW!!! Me. Another thing is the pyjamas provided by the hotel is also very unique experience. It is so comfortable and they even have different level hardness pillow. You can choose your pillow at the lobby. The shuttle bus too allow us to reach hotel and Disney conveniently!

We planned our day at Disneyland together with a 1 night stay because our young kids would not be able to last an entire day without rest and we wanted to stay for the night parade and fireworks. What we liked: - walking distance to gates of Disneyland - the room could accomodate 2 adults and 3 kids with 1 pull out bed and 1 sofa bed - items at convenience store were quite reasonably priced - free monorail passes - EXCELLENT staff - convenient option of hotel to airport transfer by bus

We stayed at both Disney Ambassador Hotel and MiraCosta (linked to DisneySea), and would confidently say Ambassador Hotel was a better choice if we could only choose one hotel to stay at. These are our top five reasons why we liked it more: 1. Happy Entry All good Disneyland fans should know this - the 15-minutes early entry that hotel guests get when staying at Tokyo Disney Resort Hotels. It means you get to arrive early at an extremely popular ride before everyone else. Disney Ambassador Hotel has happy entry to BOTH Disneyland and DisneySea. We saved several hours of queuing for popular rides using the Happy Entry. 2. Price + Hotel room's size Among Tokyo Disney Resort’s group of hotels, Ambassador Hotel is the third most expensive. Nonetheless, it is already the cheaper of the ONLY TWO hotels that have Happy Entry to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks. And though MiraCosta's 4-person room was 30% more expensive than Disney Ambassador Hotel's, the latter has a slightly bigger room - 1sqm bigger – which trust me, was truly useful during winter months when you’ll bring larger suitcases and have lots of accessories (e.g. hats, gloves, etc) to lay out. 3. Location & Transportation Being the only hotel right in between both parks, it has shuttle services to and from both parks, about 6-minute ride per way. Because both Disneyland Hotel and MiraCosta are next to Disney Monorail stations (which are crazy crowded during opening and closing times of the parks), they do NOT have shuttles to either parks. Additionally, come March 2023, Disney Monorail is no longer free for hotel guests! So in terms of transportation, Disney Ambassador Hotel’s availability of shuttle buses just makes more sense. 4. Ikspiari Mall Interesting fact: Ikspiari is the Jap way of pronouncing ”experience”. It is a full mall (not Disney related) right beside Disney Ambassador Hotel, and it comes with food court, supermarket, lots of restaurants, etc. This will be great for exploring on the day(s) when you are not visiting the parks, usually on the day of arrival/departure. 5. Chef Mickey, Convenient Mart, Tick Tock Diner The only restaurant among all Tokyo Disney hotels that has character dining (i.e. meet The Fab Five classic Disney characters), Chef Mickey, is in this hotel. It is also the only hotel with a full convenient mart that is not housed in a hotel gift shop. Therefore it has more convenient mart products, such as cheap Disney-licensed products (i.e. not Disney RESORT products which are always much more expensive). Lastly, the one that most reviewers didn't mention is --- only Tick Tock Diner sells special character breads. Everywhere we went, everyone was staring and didn't know where we got our super cute breads for breakfast. Because it ain't from the park, it's from this hotel. TIPS FOR BOOKING: This hotel's reservation is only made available from 10am Japan time 3 months before your intended date of stay, yet it is totally common for all rooms to be snapped

Very good price for a very good location, room is small but it’s comfortable for two. Specifically went for a hotel near Disneyland and there is bus services to and fro the airport, Maihama station and the amusement park. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The staffs are kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

3回目の利用です。 温泉があること、売店があること、アイスや飲み物の自動販売機の充実、レンジレンジがあること、エステの豊富さ などとても充実度が高いホテルだなと思います。 素泊まりプランでも十分にホテル滞在を楽しむことができます！ただ、お部屋にクレンジグなどのアメニティが無いため、そこには注意が必要です。 ディズニーシー（ランド）までのバスの直行便がないのですが、歩いて15-20分ほどで着けるためアクセスも良いかと思います。 またエクスピアリまでは舞浜駅行きの直行便がある為、、お買い物や食事などにも出ることができます。 レンジレンジがあるのでエクスピアリで食事をテイクアウトすることもできるし、ルームサービスやレストランの食事も美味しいので食事に困ることはなさそうです！

Beautiful hotel. Reasonably priced. As a Canadian, I appreciated what I came to realize is standard practice in Japan. Pjs and slippers provided. Twin beds. Hotel supplied basic toiletries in the lobby if anything is forgotten. Rooms were very clean, twin beds were comfortable. Wifi worked very well. There was a small confectionary to buy snacks. Being used to North American standards in hotels, Japan just far exceeds my ”normal” expectations. Excellent excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and I was able to get by with English. Not much in the area around the hotel as far as restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel, but didn't use because I wanted to get to Disney early. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Tokyo Disneyland. If you want to get to Disney Sea, you'd have to take the monorail from Tokyo Disneyland to Disney Sea or potentially walk as Disney Sea is closer to the hotel than Tokyo Disneyland. I transported from Narita airport with a shuttle bus to the Disney resort; from there I easily grabbed a taxi to the hotel; I wasn't aware there is a shuttle back to the hotel.

Fantastic stay for those who are looking to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, the amenities here are just wonderful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly suggest staying in the Executive Floors for access to the lounge which includes a buffet breakfast and cocktail hour in the evening.

Very good price for a very good location, room is small but it’s comfortable for two. Specifically went for a hotel near Disneyland and there is bus services to and fro the airport, Maihama station and the amusement park. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The staffs are kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Reasonably priced. As a Canadian, I appreciated what I came to realize is standard practice in Japan. Pjs and slippers provided. Twin beds. Hotel supplied basic toiletries in the lobby if anything is forgotten. Rooms were very clean, twin beds were comfortable. Wifi worked very well. There was a small confectionary to buy snacks. Being used to North American standards in hotels, Japan just far exceeds my ”normal” expectations. Excellent excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and I was able to get by with English. Not much in the area around the hotel as far as restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel, but didn't use because I wanted to get to Disney early. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Tokyo Disneyland. If you want to get to Disney Sea, you'd have to take the monorail from Tokyo Disneyland to Disney Sea or potentially walk as Disney Sea is closer to the hotel than Tokyo Disneyland. I transported from Narita airport with a shuttle bus to the Disney resort; from there I easily grabbed a taxi to the hotel; I wasn't aware there is a shuttle back to the hotel.
