Overall it’s a great hotel . The view is outstanding. Food for breakfast buffet is great . Diamond restaurant for dinner is fantastic, dinner at the buffet is not worth 80 laris in my opinion . Skye Bar and their bartenders are fantastic. Spa : great procedures : I tried hair , mani/ pedi , facials , anti cellulite massages, and a scrab: special thanks to Eco ( hair ) and Nino ( massage) . Rooms are very spacious and their design is great. We stayed there for 10 days and had 3 rooms . Need to work on : The major reason why I left them a 4 star review is the language barrier : David at front desk and guest relations manager are fluent in English. Natia is 100% fluent in Russian , Andrey is a bell boy and he is fluent in Russian . Many drivers speak Russian. The problem is many people at front desk don’t speak neither- Russian or English or not fluent . I am a bilingual Russian speech -language pathologist in New York for 10 years fluent in both languages. What happened a few times was that they answer a phone and say yes for example for requesting a car ride and when we go downstairs there is no car as they misunderstood us. The worst experience was when I booked a car for 800 laris for all day to the waterfalls s and asked to add a cave . I was told , “don’t worry everything is covered” . So my sister and I went there with 4 kids . After a 2 hour ride to waterfalls with a driver who spoke no English and no Russian , we learned that we don’t have a tour booked which was due to a language barrier and there is a tour guide coming up to us fluent in Russian and letting us know it’s 700 laris to see waterfalls and another 400 laris to go to the cave using 2 vehicles ( he expected us initially to fit in to 1 and have 2 kids on our laps) with no air conditioning. I tried to negotiate and it did not work . I also had to get cash which I did not have enough . Honestly it’s way too much money but I did it as I was embarrassed in front of my kids to drive them 4 hours for nothing . I believe a 5 star hotel would have no problem organizing tours like this for their guests .

Все было прекрасно! Очень удобные, красивые и продуманные номера. Очень приятное освещение в отеле, а вид и близость к морю просто WOOOOW!!! 😍😍😍 Отель расположен чуть дальше от остальных на береговой линии, поэтому на пляже мало людей, вода чистая, очень тихо и уютно. Хороший большой бассейн с видом на море, вкусные блюда в ресторане, персонал очень приветливый и всегда готов помочь гостям. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру Гиорги за то, что учёл наши пожелания и сделал наше пребывание на курорте просто незабываемым. Рекомендую от всей души этот прекрасный отель! Everything was truly amazing! The rooms are smartly designed, cozy and super comfortable. The sea view is to die for, just WOW😍😍😍 The hotel is close to the town (Kobuleti) but still a bit remote from other hotels, which is a great advantage. The beach isn’t crowded, so it’s a really peaceful place. There’s a big pool with a great sea view, the hotel restaurant is very nice mix of European and Georgian cuisine. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Special regards to the manager Giorgi for making our stay unforgettable. Totally recommend! Don’t think twice, guys! Just book it!

They informed us that Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel. But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Upon arrival, they informed us that the room reservation was not done for you. While Voucher was with us. However, after talking a lot, they gave us a temporary room. A room with two beds and damp walls, the paint of which was spilled in several places. The hotel reception from the management promised to give us a clean room with a sea view and a standard double the next day. It didn't even have a safe room. On the second day, they assigned us the room they promised. A room with a full view of the sea and the lake in front of the hotel. The breakfast at the Sky Tower Hotel was not bad, but it was not even as good as four stars in Iran. We also used its swimming pool and gym, which was great. It also had a great location in terms of accessibility.
