老闆很熱情，主動給我們介紹周邊情況，如果不是因為下雨，還要帶我們去她家杏園。
她們家旁邊的“榆賢閣”餐館，味道好還價格實惠，那個小雞燉蘑菇，其實是一道湯，湯味鮮美，好像松茸一樣。

Recommended by someone, this hotel (that accept foreigners) is located in the center of the city. Hospital for doing covid test is only 15 minutes walking distance. You can find some restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is ok.
The lady in reception (Zik) is really nice and she gave her Wechat incase we need help.
One minus, they have to train the security guys to be more nice and speak normal (no
screaming) to the guests.

前台很快給辦理了入住，其中預訂的大床房還沒有打掃出來於是給我們升級了房型，還送了堅果和飲料。非常感謝前台美麗的小姐姐😊
房間整潔乾淨，床也非常舒服，美美的睡了一覺
早餐品種齊全，有酸奶、牛奶、咖啡、還有新疆的奶茶。水果，甜品都有。味道也非常好！
推薦大家來烏魯木齊都入住這家酒店，性價比非常高！

給五分完全是我不忍心傷害，我是第一次住亞朵，當然我知道不能和希爾頓、麗思卡爾頓比，也沒有和環球中和比
設施：感覺是一個老酒店改的亞朵，走廊吊頂很矮。大床房空間不大還非要強行改一個衣帽間出來，導致房間看起來更奇怪了。
大廳書吧的玻璃看出去是小街道和樹景非常治癒。
服務：入住的時候前面有其他客人辦理，三個前台一個在辦理一個在推會員卡另外一個不知道在幹嘛。然後就一直聽推會員卡…
退房時落了東西在房間，前台説會幫我們放前台，我們也説馬上回去取，然後，等我半個小時之後到前台，東西還在房間。我説我上去取，不行非要機器人上去。又等了十多分鐘…最關鍵…我的車是隨意臨時停靠，本來是打算進來拿了就走…哎…就自己的定位和服務根本不匹配
但我永遠不會再住任何一家亞朵了，免得給自己添堵
衞生都沒什麼大的問題

房間高出了我的預期，位置非常好，門口就有地鐵公交非常方便，門口有很多新疆特色的餐廳都品嘗了，房間的衛生超級乾淨，非常不錯的一次體驗，價位也比較親民，比我們去地州訂酒店的價位，值太多了，下次還會來這裏入住。

MMichael V.2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

LLucky101I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night during a layover, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the voice-controlled lights and other amenities, which added a modern and convenient touch to my stay.
The location is another big plus—it's situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, making it easy to grab a good meal without venturing too far. Additionally, its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient for travelers like myself who are catching connecting flights.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. Despite my short stay, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern technology. My brief stay was perfect, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future layovers.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFirst things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

The manager is an honest and fun loving person. The bedroom and bed mattress are comfy and new. The amenities in this hotel are good and new except you can't cook here. It has a microwave oven and a coffee and tea bar and sell good coffee and tea to guests. The guests can use washing machine facilities with a small fee.

PPengguna Tetamu新開業的酒店，位置靠近會展中心，周邊配套齊全，商場、餐飲都很多。服務非常熱情，所有人員盡心盡責，24小時響應。酒店提供免費停車，前台小姐姐貼心地升級了房型，還提醒有免費夜宵。房間很大，視野開闊，裝修簡約風格，設施現代科技。這次新疆行十幾天，感覺這家酒店的服務與設施不次於五星級的。唯一要適應的是電梯，因為樓裏有多家酒店，不能乘錯，旺季會有點堵。

XXiaoxingyunailvxing美麗的烏魯木齊！第三次來了，第一次住烏魯木齊康萊德，住的舒適，服務又好！因為好的住宿體驗，讓我還想再來新疆！管家Bella和前台Camille都很好，看我帶孩子問我要不要房間裏多加水，還加了加濕器，讓我對康萊德增添了好感！之前瀋陽住過覺得也很好，這次在喀納斯雲頂閣遇到一起旅行認識的小夥伴看到我訂康萊德，她本人一直住烏魯木齊，説我訂的康萊德絕對棒！入住下來真的很棒！康萊德前台在37層，我們住23層，早餐在6層，泳池健身房在7層。酒店大堂可以眺望到遠處天山雪景。房間裏兩個衞生間對於二胎家庭來説非常好！我們住的房間還是聯通房，這也很適合一大家子。行政走廊在37層，主食麪條牛肉飯還有佛跳牆，水果也都很新鮮。早餐也很豐盛，真的是這次新疆之行不是住的最貴的，但是是住的最舒適，吃的最好的！孩子們休整的好選擇！無論是旅行開始還是結束，烏魯木齊康萊德我覺得親子最佳！連接着商場美美，就和上海國金差不多，穿過美美5分鐘就是維吾爾自治區博物館，非常方便！打車去機場20分鐘，去國際大巴扎30分鐘（因為比較堵）22元打車費，交通方便！下次到烏魯木齊首選就是康萊德了！

Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain).
the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay.
Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol)
This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here).
Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though).
They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know.
Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style.
