Great place with perfect shower and everything is clean. The only problem was their service. They had problems booking me in as I'm the first foreigner the check in manager has booked in, and they didn't mention any breakfast and knocked on my door at 11pm to confirm how and when I entered China. Apart from that, the place is clean and I slept extremely well. Thank you!

The front desk people don’t really speak English but the manager does and they were very kind to me. I booked the cheapest room on trip.com and he upgraded it for free when they realized that the room was on the first floor and very cold. Overall a good experience. I only needed one night in Urumqi and it was nice and cheap. Room was very modern and clean.

我凌晨的飛機，凌晨2:30到的酒店，本來就很晚我也很累完了到店前台問我怎麼才來，什麼意思，我不該來，你們開店也不為賺錢，生氣的很，什麼叫我現在才來，我住店我什麼時候來是我的權利，花錢漲一肚子氣，開了房，房門死活打不開，打電話給前台又等了好一會，然後給我刷門的時候説這個門就是老打不開，打不開不知道修嗎，就等顧客跟你們説才動一動嗎，到裏面收的智能房的錢，天貓精靈一點用都沒有，讓它放首歌還要登錄，服了。屋內衞生做的也不好，毛巾是破的，床單是臟的，屋裡是沒有水的，捲紙衹有半卷，在沒有經過客人的同意，客人不在時出入房間的，退房的時候前台還不在，真的是差極了，請各位考試，旅遊的朋友避坑🕳️。

進電梯的一瞬間我就知道又入坑了，衞生很差勁，房間裏開門進去一股子衞生間下水裡飄出來發黴的味道，奈何深夜十一點多了將就着住吧。最噁心的是早餐，預訂的是帶雙份早餐的，結果第二天前台告訴我他們就沒有餐廳，所謂早餐就是牛奶麪包，差勁的很！
