Ulasan Urumqi Hansalai Hotel

During the night and early morning, it was very noisy. First, the guests in the hallway were talking loudly, and then the cleaning staff was also quite loud. My room was next to the elevator, so I could hear it every time it was used. It was annoying, but manageable for just one night.

The hotel is not bad but it's not the best. The location is quite good. It's a 20 minute walk away from the subway station but there's a bus stop which is only about a 2 minute walk away. It's also on a main road with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. I like the asthetics of the room -it really does make you feel like you're in Xinjiang. However, the furniture, walls, floor etc are clean but not well maintained so it makes the place look old and unkempt. The bathroom especially needs an update. I do like the amount of storage space in the room though. I like the staff on reception. They were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, they were patient in dealing with the language barrier. I was never made to feel like a burden when I asked for help.

服務態度差 酒店的設備差 衞生特別差 前台的服務員一邊接待我一邊玩兒遊戲 剛到的那天辦理入住手續，工作人員就向我預訂的房間要求300元，因為別人延長了住宿時間，每間要多交100元。 我跟攜程説要講這個事項,結果那天才勉強把房間弄出來,第二天要搬到別的房間。 答應了, 就住進房間了 房間裏簡直亂七八糟. 而且我們入住的一個房間玻璃窗開着,杯子被打碎,石頭和樹枝散落一地。 因為有偷偷出入的痕跡,所以其實很害怕。 我讓他換別的房間,他説沒有房間,會打掃衞生,讓他用那個房間,所以衹能照辦。 晚上很晚了，想睡覺，但房間裏沒有空調遙控器。 跟他要了，他説沒有，讓他一起用朋友的房間。 真是拿不出答案。 第二天説要換房間，把行李整理後交給前台，然後去旅行，結果這次前台有別的男職員看到我們，問我們預約了嗎。 昨天和職員完全沒有交接，還要做所有的説明。 然後昨天讓我聯繫一下工作的職員,這時才打電話給我房間。 可是在那個過程中一直用手機打遊戲招待我們 真的,我旅行和出差了幾十年,這些可怕的事情還是第一次。

走一條大斜坡才到賓館，有行裏箱的不方便。酒店有一股很地道的香水味，但我不喜歡這味道，清潔工人態度好，房子太殘舊，衹是這價錢，也不能要求太高。原訂了兩晚， 最終還是把第二晚退了， 整體感覺不好。

賓館位置比較隔涉,在小巷內,服務還可以,可惜很多房間的門鎖都是壞的,多间床頭燈都壞了一半, 大堂是整潔漂亮的。

房間最棒，寬敞明亮，屋裡有放行李箱的枱子，也有掛衣服的掛鈎。但是，電視不好調，因為回來已經很晚，就不看了。 設施：齊全，比較簡陋。 衞生：不錯，每天有清掃。 環境：市區中心少數民族區域，交通方便。 服務：態度還好，衹是比較生硬。可能是少數民族的原因。能理解。

可以直接入住，其他的都有，床上有股奇怪的味道，有點像是尿騷味。沒有吹風機，地毯比較臟
