Saya menempah lawatan pusingan ke Xinjiang Utara dalam beberapa hari akan datang. Saya ingin tinggal di Urumqi selama 2 hari jadi saya menempah hotel ini dan selebriti Internet Grapevine berada betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Grand Bazaar, dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah juga sangat dekat.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room
and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days.
1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush.
2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station.
3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it.
4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road.
5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

坐了一天車，半夜才到，一進房間，看到房間佈置的非常温馨，衞生乾淨，還給配的泡腳桶，瞬間心情大好，因為第二天要趕路半夜需要洗衣服給總機的小張打電話，人家二話沒説直接幫忙洗了衣服，烘乾好，送到了房間，還給擦了鞋，還給送了果盤，服務真是太到位了，非常的暖心，貼心，就是可惜了，因為太累，床上的佈置沒拍就躺了，以後來烏魯木齊出差就定這家了，風景好，服務更是沒得説，愛了愛了

服務：不得不説星級酒店服務水準還是有的！辦入住的時候前台民族小姑娘就很 nice，也給我提醒很多入住後會遇到的事情，前台經理又熱情的來幫我們拿行李，介紹了好吃好玩的地方，還幫我們設計了最優的交通路線。特別感謝那兩位女經理和前台很 nice 的黃髮民族小姑娘，笑起來真的像花兒

PPengguna Tetamu超出預想的滿意。交通十分便利，去各個景點位置也比較適中。早餐很中肯，挺實惠方便的。酒店裝修很棒，很舒服。最主要是衞生很到位，我比較挑剔，看到大廳那一刻就覺得穩了，進去房間一看，完全滿意。房間設施齊全，床品乾淨整潔，智能家居也很便利！有免費停車場。酒店鄰進美美購，購物吃飯很方便。總之，很推薦，很推薦，以後來鳥市，就住你家了！

LLucky101I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night during a layover, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the voice-controlled lights and other amenities, which added a modern and convenient touch to my stay.
The location is another big plus—it's situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, making it easy to grab a good meal without venturing too far. Additionally, its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient for travelers like myself who are catching connecting flights.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. Despite my short stay, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern technology. My brief stay was perfect, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future layovers.

LLelechka608We stayed at this hotel. It has an excellent location, within walking distance to many famous places (about a 30-minute walk). There are shops, public transport stops, and restaurants nearby. The girls at the reception were very helpful with all our questions, responding quickly and attentively. A note for foreigners: if you don't speak Chinese, make sure to have a translator, as they don't speak other languages. The rooms in the hotel are magnificent and very comfortable. I was very satisfied with everything.

PPengguna TetamuI had few nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The owner Mr Li is a down to earth person and don't forget about his front liners Ms June, Ms Chen, Mr Huang, Ms Chuen, and Ms MA all are very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, especially Ms June would delighted to share and guide you at all things. You feel like home for the enviroment here as everyone mix and chat around especially at the living room and pantry (as my pictures)
The brand embassador of the hostel is Mr Bo a cute and fluffy cat. Yunbo Hostel in a strategic location about 30 mins walk to Urumuqi Train and Bus station too and you can catch local buses to places with only RMB2
By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls below the building
It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

SSuray.ChSo here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain).
the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay.

This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here).

The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.
