酒店新裝修的，總體還是不錯的，無奈糟糕的服務讓人對酒店的印象大打折扣，我是經常出差的，攜程老號因為一次弄錯了酒店而出現了不客觀的評價使自己備受煎熬而放棄了，這個新號很少評價，但影響不了我一個攜程老炮的評價，今天我就説説千烊美華的不愉快體驗. 攜程網定的260元大床房，778元三天，辦理入住時就非常慢，我前面就兩個退房的，我戰友陪同我來的着急去飯店用餐，辦理速度慢的讓人無語，交200按金後辦理入住了。三天過後準備續租，因為我定了去天山的一日遊，早晨八點半在離酒店4公里處集合，來前台續費，告訴我不能260續費了，需要以現在的攜程價格，當時攜程價格是292，我微信掃碼付款295元后辦理了手續就急忙出發了，因為辦理完手續已經8:16分了。在我遊玩時收到酒店電話讓我續租或者退房，我告訴我已經辦理入住，告訴我沒有入住記錄，我當時還一直抱歉感覺自己可能付款失敗，下午有來電話讓我辦理手續，我告知我在天山回不來，回來就辦理，因為貴重物品和行李的在酒店，晚上和戰友吃飯時有收到的催促電話，我回酒店後繼續查找我的付款記錄，發現已經付款了，這時早上的服務已經換班，我給前台看了我的付款記錄後並解釋了半天，她讓我入住了我順便提出希望按原價續租我還需要住幾天，前台説她打電話給我回復，玩了一天時間也不早了我就回房間休息了，剛休息我手機響了，我詢問得得知是早晨給我辦續住的前台領班，此時23:47分，她的電話裏表示現在的攜程價格是310多，她們是星級酒店給我295已經是我佔了酒店的便宜，還想按260的價格，那是不可能的，但就是不提為什麼收款了而沒有給我辦理入住的事，我很詫異，因為我早晨因為著急，攜程當時價格是292的我付款295並沒有少付款，何談佔便宜之説？我當時就表達了對她們這種傲慢的不滿，並表述會在攜程對她們的服務進行客觀評價，她的太度立馬發生轉變，並讓我加她微信她返我30元，我也沒有加，上午退房換其他酒店了。
