장점 1. 메인쇼핑거리와 가까움. 2. 근처에 큰 수퍼마켓 있음 3. 야간 식사 가능한 캐주얼레스토랑 (조이풀) 가까움. 4.독채 !! (일부는 독채 아님) 5. 언제든 여유롭게 사용할 수 있는 프리이빗온천 3개 보유 6. 방 단정하고 내부공간 여유로움 7. 유카타 제공. 단점 1. 방에서 와이파이 안 터짐. 프론트 근처에서만 되는 느낌 결론 * 추후 유후인 방문한다면 재숙박 할 의향있음.

The check in process was ”smart check-in”, where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.

My family of four planned a trip to Fukuoka and decided to visit Yufuin to experience outdoor onsen. I came across Yufuin Gettouan during my research, and its beauty and tranquility really spoke to me. We only stayed one night because of the lack of availability (and also because it's really expensive), but we really wish we would have stayed longer. There was a ”once in a decade” snowstorm (which seems to occur more frequently than once a decade) when we took the Yufuin no Mori from Fukuoka to Yufuin. As always, fresh white snow makes everything more beautiful (at least in my opinion), and despite my high expectations, I was absolutely blown away by the beauty and serenity of this ryokan. We stayed in a main villa because the annex villas didn't allow kids, but it still has its own private outdoor onsen. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that there was no indoor shower/bathtub in the villa. Since we were not brave enough to take a shower outdoor in snowy conditions, we ended up going to the public bath to take a shower before heading back to the villa and hopping into the private outdoor onsen. It's an unbelievable experience watching the snow falls while being submerged in a cozy onsen! Service and meals were both exceptional, and I would have gone into more details if not for the 1500-character limit on TripAdvisor. If you are looking for a traditional onsen ryokan experience, you really can't go wrong with Yufuin Gettouan. My only regret was only staying for one night.

I spent my first two hours doing what I haven’t done for almost three years, driving along the snaking roads in Japan. Arriving at Amane Seikai you feel euphoric, the seafood kaiseiki wasn’t the best, but the sake was good, and I was still giddy from seeing the spacious (1776 sq feet) junior suite with its own ocean view pool, jacuzzi, open-air onsen bath. “Room” 230 is in the new wing (according to my booking.com description), the apartment/room is not especially stylish, except for one little bottle of water and some coffee/tea, the mini bar and fridge were empty, but it has a spectacular view and you’ll still get your ocean view from bed and feel the constant gravitational pull of your private open-air onsen. I got up at 6ish just to catch the first rays of sunlight and to listen to the sound of the waves. Last but not least, the staff that checked me in was really nice and spoke perfect English ( coz he is from Nebraska ☺️)

口コミ等を見て由布院ユウベルホテルを今回は選択しました。評価点は2.5点で切上げで3点としました。 立地的には金鱗湖の奥で湯の坪街道散策には徒歩で行ける距離ではありました。 ホテルに荷物を預けて散策へ向かいましたが宿泊当日は昨日の大雨、豪雨の関係で湯の坪街道のお店もところどころ閉まっていました。 ただし、海外からの観光客はツアー予定の関係で多かったですね。散策から引き上げてチェックイン！部屋のお風呂に浸かりしばしの休息、その後夕食会場へ。 関アジの姿造りを頂きました。他の御宿では関アジ関サバにブランド品である認定ラベルが付いているのに由布院ユウベルさんでは一切表示が有りませんでした。 お品書きはありましたが配膳スタッフさんからの説明も無く。残念な気分でした。 翌朝の朝食ではご飯と味噌汁をお持ちしますねと待ってましたが一向に配膳されずしびれ切らして呼び鈴を押し配膳して貰いました。朝から不愉快な気分になりました。

今回は少しだけ良いホテルに泊まろうということで、昨年オープンのこちらを利用しました未就学1人を含む4人。山側の3人部屋に泊まりました。普段「入ってすぐにトイレとお風呂一緒の場所があって、その奥にはベッドが2つ、その向かいには机とテレビがある部屋(子供談)」しか泊りませんので、子供2人はテンション上がってました。 店前道路は、センター仕切りがありますので、別府方面からの入庫はしばらく行ったところからのUターンになります。 15時にチェックインしましたが、フロント隣で地獄蒸しや梅酒を配ってまして、さっそくいただきました。おいしかったです。 その後すぐお風呂。ホテル自体は活況のようでしたが、まだこの時間は空いてました。広々としてて快適です。湯温もgood。上がったところには生ビールサーバーや、ドリンクバー、アイスがあります。こちら夜の時間帯だけですね。 だんだん混んでくる感じなので、早めに入るとよいのかもしれません。 夕食は90分2部制。子供もいるので17時半からの早い時間。ハーフバイキングなので、ステーキや前菜なんかは持ってきてくれます。ビュッフェ台の料理が気になって仕方ないのですが、先にテーブルサービス料理に手を付けたほうが満腹状態との相談がしやすいのではないかと。お酒も飲み放題。私は普段飲まないのですが貧乏性発症のため(笑)、杏露酒を少しいただきました。酒飲みなら天国ですな。 ビュッフェ台にもおいしい料理がいくつも並びますので、非常に満足度高かったです。 ご飯終了後は、子供とプレイルームへ。子供はプッシュポップとかいうおもちゃにハマってましたが、いろいろ遊べるスペースあります。子供連れなら一度顔を出しても良いのでは。ちなみに2階にトイレがないので、これは結構面倒くさい。 部屋は新しいので広くてきれいです。海側は眺めもさぞ良いのだろうとおもいますが、そこは財布との相談ですね。 翌日も朝からお風呂へ。6時半頃でしたが、それなりの入りでした。こちらも遅めだと混んでるようです。 朝食は7時半スタート。チェックイン時の受付で開始時間を聞かれますが、夕食と違い時間制ではないので、8時半とかの回だとその時間に行っても入場制限かかります。スタッフさんもその辺は気にしてたぽくて、嫁&下の子がトイレ、私と上の子がデザートを取りに行ってるタイミングでテーブルを片付けられそうになりました。 ビュッフェ自体は和洋取り交ぜて1回では食べ比べできない種類があります。魚は生のものがあり、テーブルで焼くタイプのものも提供されます。これはおいしかった。ていうか、全部美味しい。 1階のロビーのあたり、夕方のふろ上がりスペースにはドリンクバーがあり、プレイルームにもコーヒーマシーンがあるなど気前がいいです。地獄蒸しもあり、そこでは梅酒or焼酎楽しめますので食事をしない方でも楽しめます。それでも食事ありのほうがここを満喫できるのではないかと思います。あとピーク時に宿泊される方は早めの行動(夕方の風呂、朝の風呂、朝食)を心がけると空いてて満足度も上がるのではないかと思います。 子連れもいっぱい泊ってました。今回はハーモニーランドと組み合わせて泊りました(翌日行く場合は、いったん左折してUターン)。それなりに客室も多いので大人の静けさが欲しい方には向かないかもしれません。にぎやかでもOKなグループ、お酒好きのグループにはいいかもしれませんね。

Overall, I felt the hotel was very nicely done with great local touches while still keeping an international atmosphere. I also wanted to point out the great flexibility of the hotel, allowing me to change my meal reservations from 3 dinners at Elements (I was on a package deal) to one at Elements and combining the remaining two meals at Elements to a dinner at Atelier. This allowed me to not have to dine at the same restaurant as well as opening up a slot for me to explore a local restaurant. However, there were two things that I'd like to point out that the hotel can improve upon. The first is the staffing at the club lounge (and in general) is not enough. There were many moments where I was left to wait, to the point where using standard facilities (like the check-in counter, or breakfast at Elements) would have been a more positive experience. Breakfast on 12/21 was where the understaffing really showed, where it took over an hour to complete breakfast; many guests left in the middle of their meal since service was horribly slow. However, the second point us what I would really want the hotel to work on - CoVID countermeasures. Largely, two things I'd like to point out. (1) Temperature screening us inconsistent. I was checked when I first arrived, but never anytime afterwards (or should I say, the thermometer station was unmanned). (2) During my meal at Atelier, my wife and I noticed that the staff (He was Italian, I think his name is Marco?) preparing the dishes (in the open kitchen) prepping a sauce, tasting it with the same spoon which was quickly rinsed it under the faucet and returned into the mixing bowl. I pointed this out to one of the servers (Japanese male, responsible for serving and explaining the dishes). This is where I felt the hotel can improve on - in detail, three things. (i) The Japanese server proceeded to quietly scold the staff in front of me, I felt that was not a great experience both for myself and the staff. (ii) Nothing was cleared. After the scolding (and then the staff responding back that he did not put the spoon back in) none of the utensils were changed and no follow up. I guess there is no trust in what a customer points out. And finally (iii) I felt that this is at the fault of the hotel for not putting in proper operation guidelines.A person putting together a meal will need to taste it, to make sure it's good. If the hotel were to put in operational guidelines to ensure tasting can be done while still making it very obvious that it is hygienic, I would not have to be writing this email. Needless to say, our dinner experience was ruined that night. I actually shared the above comment with IHG Guest Relations (on 25 Dec), which the agent was extremely prompt on getting back to me and assured that I would get a response back from the hotel about it within 48 hours. The rooms provided here are very spacious and the staff looks excellent. When it comes to food, it was very tasty and many variaties of dishes are available here. The huge benefit to stay here is it is one of hotels which is nearer to the railway station.

한적한 곳에 자리잡고 있어서 고즈넉한 시골 정취를 느꼈어요 역에서는 오르막 끝자락에 위치해 있어서 멀다고 느낄 수도 있겠지만 유후인의 명소인 긴린코 호수 바로 앞에 자리해 있습니다 점원분들 또한 굉장히 친절하셨고 짐 보관 가능하냐고 여쭤보니까 해주신다고 하셔서 감사한 마음으로 놀다가 들어오니까 아예 짐을 방에다가 올려주시기까지 하셨더라고요.. 편안하게 배려해주신 서비스 덕분에 처음부터 감명 깊었습니다 다만 저희는 1층 개인욕탕이 있는 곳을 예약하고 싶었는데 이미 풀방이였다고 하시더라고요..! 흑흑 아숩,, 1시간동안 예약하고 프라이빗하게 사용할 수 있는 노천탕을 밤에 예약하고 사용해서 사실 불편함은 없긴 했습니다! 또한 다 같이 사용하는 대욕탕도 새벽 이용시간에 가니까 저희 가족뿐이 없어서 그 또한 본의아니게 프라이빗했어요 ㅎ 유후인 명소답게 온천수 또한 매우 좋았고 정갈하며 클린했습니다 체크아웃 할 때도 주인분께서 친절하게 인사해주시면서 짐 캐리 또한 처음과 똑같이 1층으로 운반해주시더라도요.. 정말 여러모로 너무 감동,,,🥹 유후인에 많은 료칸이 있겠지만 가격 대비 정말 훌륭한 료칸입니다 다음에 또 다시 방문하면 1층도 경험해보고 싶어서 재예약 할려고 합니댜 ㅜㅠㅠ 너무 친절한 경험,, 그리고 욕탕 바로 옆에 같은 이름으로 소바 식당도 있어요 점심 장사만 하시는 것 같은데 여기 또한 존맛이고 웨이팅도 서던데 바로 옆에 위치해있어서 개꿀이 아닐 수 없음,, 🤭
