Best option for Ushuaia in my view. The hotel which will add to your experience in Ushuaia!

Wonderful! Views are sublime. Great restaurant. Great service. Great amenities. They have full shuttle schedule to and from the center multiple times a day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

Tem um problema da cama, precisa mudar , muito mole , acordei com a coluna doendo!

Excelente opção com SPA para descansar após os passeios e trilhas da região. Possui um excelente café da manhã, bar e restaurante. Os quartos tem bom espaço, a qualidade da cama e das cortinas são boas e possuem bastante tomadas para carregar celulares e demais dispositivos. Tem transfer do centro para o hotel e vice-versa. Excelente por ser longe do centro.

I have only good to say about this resort and spa. (Restaurant, spa, cleanliness, free shuttlebus service to town for instance) What stands out is the staff who was incredible! Sweet is probably the best word to describe them. Always helpful and heartily and genuinely caring, making our stay wonderful. They must really enjoy their work! None mentioned non forgotten. If we come back to Ushuaia we would definitely stay at this resort again.

Amazing location, with stunning views. Our room faced the Beagle channel and the scenery was spectacular. The sun rooms were a unique way of letting the guests enjoy the views while drinking coffee or sipping wine. Very beautiful, but the rooms are in dire need of update. The furniture is chipped the deco is from 1960s. The bathrooms are old and the bathtub is so narrow and curved that it is dangerous. The restaurant staff was friendly and food is ok but with limited menu. If you have to eat there for 3 nights there is not much to pick from.

The hotel is beautiful overall, perfect for couples. Lovely staff, beautiful restaurant with delicious food, breathtaking panorama. The wellness area is nicely renovated and well equipped. Breakfast could be more plentiful and room quieter, but other than that, 5*

We came to Los Cauquenes for our honeymoon and we are absolutely thrilled. The hotel is stunning — from the facilities and rooms to the food and service, everything is truly top-notch. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up skipping many excursions because we didn’t want to leave! A special highlight is the outdoor balcony jacuzzis with breathtaking mountain views — pure bliss. The breakfast is extensive and of excellent quality, and the restaurant is fantastic, offering great options for vegetarians and vegans. The reception team, restaurant staff, spa personnel, housekeeping — everyone was incredibly attentive and kind. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for such a special trip. Thank you, Los Cauquenes and the entire staff, for making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience we’ll cherish forever.

We had a Patagonia paradise stay at Los Cauquenes. The staff and services were excellent, and the views of the Channel and Chilean mountains were astonishing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the outdoor hot-tubs, as well as the scheduled shuttle into the City Center for meals, shopping, and connecting with our excursion operators for hikes and boating. We highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Ushuaia!

Beautiful hotel!!! Room was a bit basic but with an amazing view! Ask for bay view room. Netflix available, so that helped in the evening. Grounds are gorgeous and super cozy with a smell of fire place to add to your romance. Indoor pool, spa, sauna, cute bar and yummy restaurant. Probably one of the most helpful staff I have ever met! Just 5* without anything even slightly wrong. Definitely coming back! I will miss this place…

Amazing location, with stunning views of the Beagle channel from the lobby, restaurant and lounge areas. Super helpful staff - special shout-out to the concierge, front desk and restaurant staff. Food was excellent! Clean and very comfortable rooms, comfy bed. Their outdoor glass booths at the restaurant, are an experience - situated on the cliff beside the Beagle channel. They’re pricey, but well worth it. The spa is an experience in itself - don’t miss it, if you happen to stay. I don’t have any cons to highlight - minor observation is that the room furniture is perhaps a bit dated. Overall, a fantastic resort to stay at in Ushuaia, if you have the budget.

Dogs barking non-stop. It's a nice place, but it doesn't matter if you can't relax. You'd think they would care enough about their guests to do something about the dogs. Recommend staying at one of the places up on the glacier. Other than that it's nice, but that ruins it.
