Piękny hotel, pyszne jedzenie i świetna atmosfera

Hotel bardzo zadbany. Wysoki standard obsługi, gorąco polecamy.

Bardzo fajny pobyt ,obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna ,wygoda, relaks. Jedzenie rozmaite bardzo dobre.

Wszystko zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Miła obsluga, smaczne posilki. Dużo atrakcji, polecam!!!

Bowling alley, multiple sauna types ( dry, aroma, IR, steam) , night club with shisha music and cocktails, swimming pools and lots of them (laps, relax, kids, hot tubs, slides) two restaurants (fine dining and regular) gym and so much more. The staff were awesome and professional. The meals were top notch. Cocktails from the club and restaurant were all mixed to perfection. Whether or not you want a place where you can drink eat relax or swim exercise and work on health this place has you covered.

Excellent stay! Great spacious rooms (we stayed in a 3 person apartment), very good food, combining very classical Polish cuisine as well as daily selection of special dishes (ramen, various pasta dishes prepared in front of you etc.) there’s more to discover, such as three really big swimming pool (25m, general recreation and a salty water one), four big saunas, local cafe placed in the highest part of the building offering some view over the vicinity, with, attention! L rotating floor, there is some daily part and entertainment (which I didn’t check out) plus plenty of things to do for little kids if you travel with them. I enjoyed my stay here.

it is not good at all to pay for parking nowhere in the world you are paying for parking into 5 star hotel , For two night i pay 420 $ and when i check out they told me i need to pay for parking not acceptably never again

Great place with a lot of amenities and the place does feel really classy. It's like a resort it has swimming pools, gym, arcade, great restaurants etc. But the downside I would say is that even though it may be a 5 star hotel the rooms do not feel like a 5 star and more like a 3 star they dont provide toiletries just a squishy shampoo/ body wash that you normally find in a 3 star. Overall it's a great place but they need to make their rooms more like the rest of the hotel.

We were once again in this hotel and unfortunately the food deteriorated significantly. Small choice of dishes, no barbecue outside as it used to be.. Economy on products, a small selection of dishes for children.

I was already 5th time in Grand Lubicz Hotel and I will be back soon for sure. Great place and atmosphere, many attractions. Amazing pool and SPA area, large selection of good food with live cooking also. I can confidently recommend it!

A total failure. The rugs in rooms and halls smell of urine. Towels maybe used to be white, but definitely aren't anymore, neither were they clean (kinda gross). Food mediocre, repetitive, reheated (!) from previous days, the fish were evidently dry and not fresh, while the fish soup looked and tasted like a used floor cloth. It was our sixth stay here, and for sure the last one. The hotel has changed dramatically since our last visit, and for worse.

Not a 5* hotel. No toiletries provided only hand soap and same for shower. No shampoo etc. or bar of soap. Rooms do not have baths. Tea/coffee not replenished. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Car parking is charged also on a daily basis which is absurd! On the plus side, there’s a great pool, super kids activities daily and brilliant breakfast. Also a great sky bar/garden. Staff are all very friendly. It’s a good 4* at best

Please, read until the end. We went a long way from London to Ustka because we wanted to have a ball. The advert was so nice, they promised a White Circus and a special celebration. Last year we also spent New Year's night in that hotel and the reason we went there again was that we knew what to expect: they serve an amazing dinner in a restaurant on the first floor. With white tablecloth, 3 courses meal, unlimited bar and buffet. And all this should be supported by entertainment. BUT! Could you imagine how we felt when the Reception told us they didn’t have a place for us? They said that places in the restaurant were fully booked so they decided that we had to spend New Year in a nightclub. I thought it was a joke… It wasn’t… Had we known we would be put in the nightclub, having burgers instead of a festive dinner we would never have come there. We paid the same price that other people who got a celebration in a restaurant, but when in the nightclub I asked for a cocktail I was told “Go to a bar and buy one for yourself”. We did go and did buy. Then we left. Our room was on the first floor close to the restaurant where we were supposed to have a celebration. We stayed outside of the restaurant and saw happy people inside. We came to our room totally frustrated and spent New Year there with a feeling of wasted time and money. And it is so sad because the hotel isn’t bad. The pool is amazing and the room was nice, we had all the necessary things in the room. The food in the buffet on the first floor was great. They made paella better than in Spain. When I complained that we had no food on New Year’s Eve, the reception personnel gave us the possibility to eat in the buffet. So at least we eat something. BUT it was not what I ordered, not what I expected to get and you need to understand that coming to the ball people expect to get the ball, not a dark and loud nightclub where you don’t have a place to sit. We bought exactly the same offer that we had the previous year. On the website, they didn’t have different offers to choose from “with the ball” or without the ball”. Only one option and the same price for all guests. I gave it 2 stars because the reason we came was New Year’s celebration which we didn’t have despite the fact we paid for it. I wrote this review not to offend the hotel, but to warn others who can be in the same situation.
