Ulasan Grand Phranakhon Hotel

The hotel not far from entertainment area. The room is clean but a little bit old. Staff are willing to help.

First thing, Aircon was not cold. But we were quite tired. So just slept. My friend also found a cockroach in the room. But just took care of it by herself. Cockroaches are big minus for me. Another room’s lock was not working well. So she moved another room but still same problem. Hotel is very large. And a bit spooky. Heard they r renovating now and preparing for grand opening. Perhaps will be better after their grand opening as they are still in progress of maintenance.

セーフティボックスが壊れていた。設備メニューにセーフティボックス記載されていたのに。フロントに相談しても、対応してもらえず、貴重品を、全て持ち歩くはめになった。

フロントのスタッフの対応は最低。 部屋の隅々の清潔さが全くない。 バスルームは不衛生。 兎にも角にも最悪。 二度と泊まりたくない。
