Four Points Flex by Sheraton Utsunomiya

Hotel location quite far from JR Station, I think its more then what trip mention here 🫠 I think Four Point well known for Hotel Industries.. room was very small, average amenities. I stay here with breakfast packages, only serve croissant and pastries. Glad they have Coffee vending machine and Ice vending machine.

Never forget...that this is a chinese website. That's to say, the.hotel breakfast -- just bread and coffee -- is free for all guests. But trip.com.has a price for "breakfast included." Caveat emptor

Room was tiny as expected but you still have space to leave your luggage. Bathroom was very very uncomfortable, shower head was very bad and if you sit in the WC your knees will touch the door. Bed was great, they provided you with charger and plenty of amenities in the first floor. They provided you with razor but not with shaving cream which is funny. Complimentary pastries for breakfast that helped but I won't say it's breakfast included. Very close to the station but in the other side of the heart of the town, very dead at night, just sketchy people offering illegal stuff.

The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the station, which poses no particular issue for accessibility. The facilities are new, clean, and beautifully maintained. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful - kind, polite, and genuinely attentive to guests' needs, which made me extremely satisfied with the service. Complimentary breakfast is included, which is greatly appreciated. In today's market where accommodation prices have skyrocketed due to inbound tourism demand, being able to stay in a single room for under ¥10,000 was outstanding. However, the single rooms are extremely compact - the bathroom and toilet are quite cramped as a cost-saving measure, and there's barely enough space to place luggage, requiring careful management of your belongings. Despite the space constraints, Four Points Flex by Sheraton Utsunomiya offers good value for budget-conscious travelers who can manage with limited space and prioritize cleanliness, service quality, and included breakfast.

The location is but from station. The room size is small and morning breakfast is just one or two bread and juice. It’s good for a night stay but don’t expect much. Room size is extremely small.

Best service and convenience hotel

Room : Standard room spacious for 2 people Bathroom : Spacious. I like the most. Food : Breakfast - Simple but nice and tasty too. Facilities : Laundry - cheaper and convenience. If you don't have coin, you can always go to their receptionist counter and ask for the change. Extra : Iron & Iron Board - you can request at the counter. Check In : Super easy and fast (provided that you have all the docs ready. Just give the booking number & passport to them)

Nice new, clean, friendly hotel. It's a little bit of a walk from the station, but still a great place to stay the night. If you drive here, there is a nice big parking lot right outside the hotel.
