We’ve stayed at another homes 2 suite in Kansas previously that was newer and much nicer. This one has stains on the carpet and one of the two elevators didn’t work. The only fruit available at breakfast were bananas and red delicious apples. No berries. Nothing else. Utensils & granola are often not available. The “orange juice” tastes like sunny - d which is NOT OJ. Disgusting. While I like this brand of hotel bc of the larger rooms and tons of counter space, the free breakfast was disappointing. The “hot” food consists of some dry sausage patties, omelettes that are dry and contains fake cheese paste. Disgusting. We just went out for breakfast. 3 stars overall bc we like the room. Pass on the food.

I came to this hotel back in May. At this time Covid had only really hit hotels hard for about a month and a half. The stay overall was a pretty good one. I didn't even book at this hotel but I was more or less walked here from the hotel I booked at because the local hotels had joined together to combine their occ. The room was very nice, I didn't have any issues. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is because of check-in. The FDA didn't even say a word to me other than ”insert your card”. No welcome greeting, no explanation of amenities and what amenities weren't allowed during covid. I had to find out myself whether or not they were serving any to-go breakfast options to walking down to the lobby in the morning. I could have asked the girl at the Front Desk but she wasn't very inviting, so I didn't bother. She seemed like maybe she was management and was stuck at the Desk because of hourly covid furloughs. Even still, as management, you'd think they would be customer service oriented a little bit.

Les made our stay. From the time we checked in on New Year's Eve until the night before our departure. The best customer service from him. When we checked in the other front desk agent on, even though he was checking in another guest, could have acknowledged us. Just a little welcome, or good evening to make us feel welcome would have been great. Then as Les was checking us in, he still didn't speak , but stood behind Les talking with, who I think was the MOD that night, talking and laughing loudly, but neither one of them spoke. Very dissrespectful and rude.

Wworldtraveler12345Overall we had a satisfactory extended stay here. This is a modern property and rooms were well equipped. Tiny swimming pool was nice for our small kids. Breakfast is OK, though despite the daily variation of some of the items, a bit boring after a while. Two major issues really hampered our enjoyment of our stay: 1. The Internet was down two mornings of our stay and I think staff could have treated resolving this with a bit more urgency that they did. 2. Housekeeping. They clean the room only every 6th night and enter the room to resupply after every other night. This is fine for most guests I imagine - including myself if I travel on my own. Traveling with two very young kids however this is not enough. I wish they are a bit more flexible and open to offer a more personalised experience here. Other than these issues, no major complaints.
PPengguna TetamuThe room was very good, clean, nice size, with a larger-scale mini fridge than those you usually see in a hotel room. The water pressure and heat in the shower was very good. The front desk attendant who checked me in on Tuesday, February 21 at 10 pm was WONDERFUL. I wish I could remember her name to give her a proper shout out. The attendant the next morning (2/22 at 8 am) was also great. Carmen in the kitchen/breakfast area was another fantastic staff member. Having a great staff really does make a difference in a customer's stay, and these people really did make me feel (and probably everyone they encountered) like I was a valued customer. The main issue I had with my stay is the design of the parking lot, and how cars pull right up to the windows of the rooms. I was on the first floor, room 115, and there was a car just outside my window, just like the parking layout of many other hotels/motels. So of course, the beep-beep of the car locking, was something I heard quite a bit. Even late at night when I was trying to sleep. Unfortunately, there were customers outside talking right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning, also disturbing my sleep. To make things worse, this particular car outside my window, loaded up their car at 6:42 am, after interrupting my sleep several times. And the woman in that group outside was quite a loud cackler. I know rude customers aren't the fault of the hotel, but I didn't get a great sleep here. Maybe a room on the second floor would have less disturbances from the parking lot? If the hotel would ever change the layout of the parking area so that the cars park further away from the rooms, it would probably make a huge difference. The breakfast was mediocre. Free, so that was really nice, and like I said, Carmen wanted to make sure that everyone was having a nice breakfast. Great location, perfect for a stop on the way to NY, and a gas station just up the turnpike for a fill-up.
PPengguna TetamuMy father taught me that you can judge a diner/ restaurant by their coffee. The coffee at The Hilton Garden Inn was horrible so I didn’t bother eating there. Even the single serve in the room was bad. Maybe it was the water. I was also disappointed that there was no complimentary continental breakfast. The bad coffee assured me that the breakfast wasn’t worth paying for. The downstairs lounge areas and bars were very inviting but my room could use a little white glove treatment. There were cob webs in the windows and upon my arrival there was hair in the sink and shower. I booked my stay here because of charge anxiety but fear not Tesla charging stations are all over. Disappointed that I had to sign up and deposit $ for ChargePoint and it didn’t even work.
Recently renovated but older property. Clean and comfortable. New HVAC unit in our room. Front desk and housekeeping staff very helpful. The first room we were assigned had an odor similar to smoking. We asked to be moved and the housekeeping manager personally checked the second room before giving us the key. Front desk clerk recommended a local restaurant (Ron's) and it was a great choice. Great value property!
BBirdbathThe hotel was really clean. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Only downside was not having a microwave in the room. I will return.
BBirdbathBathroom was not clean, especially the sink and shower. Body wash was already opened. Remote was dirty. One of the lamps did not work. Hallway smelled of *********. Breakfast was just ok.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the woman that was in the breakfast area. Very nice lady. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
