Do not stay here, its awful. They attempt to charge £10 to check in early but then offer nothing for rooms not being ready on time. We were unable to check in until 330. We arrived back at the hotel c. 11.30 and my daughter wanted a drink and I a beer to be told the bar closes at 10.30 so we were left with the choice of over priced soft drinks from a vending machine. The TV remote didn't work. Poor. Will not stay here again.

Having stayed here when it was Travelodge 4 or 5 years ago I must admit my expectations were not high. How wrong I was! Modern, airy, bright with lovely decor and furnishing plus friendly staff. My room was clean, fresh and well furnished. The front facing window wasn’t a noise issue (like last time) as they have secondary glazing now. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again - and only 30 seconds from the tube.

Excellent service. I have been travelling to Uxbridge on business trips (4 nights a week, twice a month over the last 6 months). Very convenient location right next to the travel station and 30 seconds walk to the high street. Great attentive staff available round the clock. Thank you.

The room was nice , staff was very friendly and helpful , especially Matteo. The time I entered the hotel, I felt very welcomed by him with his warm smile. I was assigned for a double bedroom, as I came here with a friend so we asked Matteo if there were any twin bedrooms available on the day. He was really helpful and changed to a twin bedroom for us. Thank you so much again , Matteo . I would like to come here again.

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel. We keep coming back as it is a fantastic hotel. The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful. Matteo was amazing in check-in! I love to stay at this premier inn! Room was clean and breakfast very good! I stay here a lot and all the staff is very helpful. Definitely I recommend this hotel as it has the station near by! And all the restaurants around

Fantasic staff, so friendly. Rooms and maintainance of them was faultless. Extremely clean, tidy and highly presentable for anyone or any class. Rooms have heating and air conditioning, plus complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Lovely shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. 'Eat as much as you like breakfast' highly recommended. Fresh produce, cooked in your view and plentiful, as it is continually topped up. Anything from continental to full cooked, with a huge variety of options. Recommeded for families or business stays. Railway station directly across the road, so easy for access to inner London, at only 45 minutes away by train. They can even hold you luggage when you book out, so you can have a wander before and onward or return travel. No need to rush. Highly recommended place to stay. One, small request, a mini iron and ironing board would have been very welcome in the room, to iron my shirt and trousers on my business trip. Even a notice to say one is available at reception, if required. Thanks (maybe for all Premier Inn Hotels!?

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They were so accommodating to us and our kids that our kids didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was amazing and had everything you could ask for. Hotel is in an awesome location, located right outside the uxbridge underground station and shopping precinct. Will definitely stay here again as it’s such great value for money.
