"The hotel was generally clean and spacious. Unfortunately the AC was out so our room was about 80 degrees for both nights we were there. They gave us a small oscillating fan that helped a bit the second night but definitely would not have stayed here if we knew about their AC issues."

"Located strategically next to a shopping precinct with walking distance. All goods from check in to check out process. The only exception is the hand wash tap in the bathroom been installed too far from the basin and it’s indeed difficult to use and water splashing all over. The other issue is leaking out from the bathroom after every shower. Room became cramp after the sofa bed setup for sleep. Breakfast is good but suggest they should alternate the menu with more variety. Otherwise, we been bored with the offering after stayed in for 6 nights"

The actual hotel entrance and rooms are in a nicer building at the back, specifically designed for weddings and events. Holding your wedding here and staying at the hotel would be a fantastic experience, or you could consider staying here if you're visiting the Harry Potter area."
