I had a very comfortable stay here. There is one member of the staff who was extremely diligent. She’s Hetal from housekeeping. She’s speech impaired yet her work ethic is exemplary. I found her way of cleaning the room so gentle yet meticulous that I would repeatedly request for her to clean my room. Some people have an impact in their own quiet way. She’s one of them. Kudos to her!!!

Stay was awesome, room was specious and with every possible amenities like having refrigerator, good wifi connection, centralised ac, and also has good quality of good. Inshort awesome stay at hotel ace grand i want recommend it to everyone.

A warm, gentle hotel, rich in tradition and pleasant in care. Excellent location, good food, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast spread was modest in diversity but with plenty of local favour. Hard to improve upon perfection for what was just a short one-night stay.

It was n pleasant and memorable stay room interior was modern, clean and neat hotel and rooms we would love to stay again in this hotel overall service and buffet breakfast is awesome staff and receptionist is so polite and helpfull, value for money over all excellent stay

The food and swimming pool is good. It had many varieties. The room is also comfortable. The bed is cozy. The room is spacious. Mr. Nilesh gave a good assistance in gym workout. We'll explained the routines. He is well versed with gym activities. Good Job

Hey there I stayed at Vivanta Vadodara for one day 7 to 8 December. Check in and check out process was smooth and room was also hygienic but they lacked basic amenities. First of all toothpaste was provided but there was no toothbrush for which i had to call reception multiple times and I got that after more than a hour. There was no tea or coffee sachet in the room. Washroom has no hair dryer and washroom was having a pungent smell. I was not expecting this kind of service from a well renowned 5 star hotel. It was even lacking the basic 3 star hotel amenities. Overall it was a below average stay. Will think multiple times for booking the same accommodation in future.

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...
