During my recent stay at your hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your staff. From the moment I arrived, the team at the front desk greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for my entire visit. Our recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri hotel fell short of expectations, lacking the hallmark quality we associated with the Hilton brand. Firstly, the condition of the towels provided was disappointing, with evident signs of wear and tear that should have prompted their replacement long ago. The breakfast and dinner provided was average, with issues concerning both the quality of the food and its temperature (had to send noodles back twice because they were only lukewarm). Also, some issues with basic food hygiene - one of the dinner staff members, to our amazement, used his bare hands to nudge some noodles back into the pot it came in when he placed it on our table! Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, tables were not promptly cleared compromising hygiene standards. This was even when they were not busy – it was empty! In conclusion, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri did not meet the expected standards associated with the Hilton brand. If this is their accepted standard for this class of hotel, we won’t be staying at their hotels again. With improvements needed in various areas, it's challenging to recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.

It's a most beautiful and best allocated hotel in Vadodara. Especially I like food and service that have I take from servers. I prefer to everyone to visit Fairfield by Marriott hotel at once. Thank you restaurant team of Fairfield Keep it up 🤠🤠

I’ve stood more than a 100 nights in this property, and since day one the hotel associates are delivering the very best to make their guests happy. Food in the restaurant is delicious, rooms are comfortable and the massages relaxing. The mall in the neighborhood allows some nice shopping. So all in all, always best choice in Vadodara. Special thanks to both Mohits, Tejas, Bhupali, Biswajit, Urshila, Tanvir and James. Keep on like this!

Eind November 22 hier geweest en alles aan het hotel vonden we geweldig. Hotel is net nieuw en alles was tiptop in orde. Enorm ruime kamers met fijne bedden, goede airco, perfecte WiFi en de lekkerste warme hemelwater douche die we in maanden hotels gehad hebben. Zwembad op rooftop prachtig en groot. Sportschool heeft veel apparatuur, zeer bruikbaar. Heel erg goed ontbijt en restaurant met erg lekker eten. Stukje van het centrum, maar daardoor wel in prachtig nieuw ontwikkeld deel van de stad, en erg rustig. Daarnaast ben je voor 150INR ook in het centrum met een riksja. Personeel doet alles om het naar je zin te maken. We hebben enorm genoten!

We recently organized the Garba Event Launching Function at Grand Mercure on September 1st. Despite the challenging circumstances caused by the severe rain and flooding in Baroda, which resulted in significant damage to the hotel, including 20 feet of water in the basement and a complete power outage, the event was a resounding success. We are deeply grateful to Mr. Prabal, Mr. Deepak Singh, Mr. Kanubhai, Mr. Rambabu, Mr. Gopalbhai, S. Tara, Kimte, Mavte, and the entire staff, including those working behind the scenes, for their extraordinary efforts. We stayed 2 nights on our Gujarat road-trip stopover way back to Mumbai , booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. We were upgraded to a suite room + a super deluxe room - very generous of Effotel. This was my first experience with a Sayaji group property. It's located very nicely next to the Kalghoda circle , very easy to locate. Multi-storey building with ample and safe parking space. Great ambience. The rooms are beautifully done with all in-room amenities one could ask for. Spacious for 2 pax per room , comfortable beds , finally working television channels :) and a superb internet connection. The bathroom was uniquely done. We had a breakfast package and the buffet options were great with non-veg options. We opted for in-room al-la-carte lunch and dinner and the choices were amazing with the best food we had during our entire trip . We had no reasons to step out and explore. While I would like to revisit soon to enjoy the hospitality , Baroda is not in my usual travel itinerary .. maybe I will get to experience the same again in another Sayaji property .

Didn’t liked facility: 1. They are on first floor and staircase has No Safety. 2. ⁠Passage inside hotel are unclean 3. ⁠Room are not same as show in photo. Poor Quality 4. Not worth of cost. 5. ⁠No Kitchen available 6. ⁠Breakfast charges are too high than what cold breakfast they serve. They source from roadside stalls. When I raised complaint they changed the room. The food and the service provided by the hotel were awesome.The staffs were too friendly and co operative.We stayed for 2 days with our friends.The interior of the hotel was too good and attractive.As we entered the hotel the staff welcomed with welcome drinks.Then they took to our respective rooms . The room were well furnished equipped with all electronics goods and better quality internet services.They provided with us all their standard meals. We were specifically recommended by our friend Raju Yadav and Mukesh. Thank you and please do visit with Ur friends and family for the heavenly experience.
