Good service and humble staff, prime location and great ambiance. Thanks to Mr Sanjay, Ratilal and Dinesh for house keeping services. Good food quality at restaurant which I have enjoyed the most. Towel art is very nice, it's a very old but well maintained hotel. One of the best hotel in Vadodara

The staff was very nice and the service was also very good and nice the food at the hotel was so testy and delicious 🤤 yummy and mouthwatering and the breakfast was also nice and good the breakfast was also very tasty 😋 and yummy and the service of the car's of the hotel was also very good and the staff was very nice and good 👍

It was great, staff was very well behaved. I visited there with a friend and coincidentally Indian and Australian cricket team was also there. We got a chance to meet the king VK, Rohit and Hardik, overall it was a fantastic experience. A must vist restaurant if you are in vadodara.

Our recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri hotel fell short of expectations, lacking the hallmark quality we associated with the Hilton brand. Firstly, the condition of the towels provided was disappointing, with evident signs of wear and tear that should have prompted their replacement long ago. The breakfast and dinner provided was average, with issues concerning both the quality of the food and its temperature (had to send noodles back twice because they were only lukewarm). Also, some issues with basic food hygiene - one of the dinner staff members, to our amazement, used his bare hands to nudge some noodles back into the pot it came in when he placed it on our table! Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, tables were not promptly cleared compromising hygiene standards. This was even when they were not busy – it was empty! In conclusion, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri did not meet the expected standards associated with the Hilton brand. If this is their accepted standard for this class of hotel, we won’t be staying at their hotels again. With improvements needed in various areas, it's challenging to recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.

I booked here for 4 nights from 01/14/23 to 01/18/23. However some VERY BAD EXPERIENCES I HAD ARE AS BELOW 1) Stay here if you are used to wake up daily at 5am due to RELIGIOUS PRAYERS. 2) They have a strange rule wherein the breakfast (For which we paid additional amount) is supposed to be consumed all in one go, BUT WHO ON EARTH WOULD HAVE BREAKFAST TWICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY HAD ENOUGH IN THE BEGINNING? To My wife who after having her tea went back to room for nature's call, the breakfast incharge said you cannot COME BACK WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS AND HUMILIATING (She faced this on the next day at the breakfast table) 3) Last but not least poor wifi ( Attached pic, I was in room 203) +note that they provide NO WIFI IN LOBBY) My rating - room service 5/5, Breakfast food items 3.5/5, house keeping 4/5), Room rates 3/5

Checked in around 1pm (regulations say 2pm - 12pm. They accommodated me without much problems. The room was spacious and neat. The linens were sufficiently well maintained. The toilet was neat and had good hot water supply. The food is nothing to write home about, i ordered food with cottage cheese(panner) but was served with some other kind of cheese. The ch-ole bhature were good but oily. The stay though short was bereft of unnecessary interruptions. They staff also graciously gave me a hotel drop next morning. Will recommend to colleagues or stay myself again if need to come to vadodara.
