Hotel Val-d＇Oise dengan Kolam Renang

Arrivée en début d’après midi pour la soirée du réveillon dans ce bel établissement. Accueil très agréable et professionnel ! Accompagnement jusqu’au couloir des chambres et explications de l’ensemble des facilités de l’hôtel. La chambre classique a une belle superficie et dispose d’une vue agréable sur la cour intérieure, sans trop de vis-à-vis. Grande salle de bain. Minibar. Attention de bienvenue en chambre avec la carte de fidélité (merci !). Literie un peu ferme mais il s’agit d’une convenance personnelle. Pas de surclassement avec la carte ALL Diamond malgré des disponibilités sur l’appli, on m’a indiqué que c’était des annulations de dernière minute (c’est pas pour autant que l’on m’a proposé le surclassement une fois la disponibilité actée…). Après un premier refus pour le départ tardif le lendemain à 14h (par une réceptionniste très désagréable au demeurant et peu avenante - la seule personne pas très professionnelle rencontrée lors du séjour -), on me l’a finalement accordé. Dîner du réveillon de qualité, avec un personnel qualifié et attentionné. Cocktail signature « ALL » excellent, très subtil ! Un irritant néanmoins, le fait d’avoir été très mal placé lors de cette soirée ! En effet, nous avions payé pour une soirée qui aurait du être animée par un « duo musical ». Néanmoins, lors du repas, nous nous sommes étonnés de n’avoir pu voir et entendre personne … Ce n’est qu’en partant que nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’il y avait en réalité une deuxième salle avec ce fameux duo musical. Par conséquent, nous n’entendions rien et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, c’est vraiment désagréable, une mauvaise surprise … Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, des produits faits maisons, de la qualité, de la quantité. Bref, super petit déjeuner, bravo ! Il mérite d’être copié dans plein d’établissements de cette gamme. Check-out très agréable par la même réceptionniste que la veille.

Super week-end, la balade à cheval est une expérience incontournable du domaine pour découvrir la forêt de l'isle Adam, avec Rémi et le Husky ! Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner. La demeure est belle, le domaine aussi. La piscine intérieure pourrait demander un petit rafraîchissement, seul petit hic.

The hotel means whats is to be meant. They hold an antique furniture which we think it's nice. The WIFI provided is completely the worst possible! I have read some complaints about it but I thought it could be a punctual problem. But its not, it belongs to the hotel. They don't provide an acceptable internet(which nowadays it's essential) service, so consider to have a sim card before. The staff are friendly, the cleanliness are good and the breakfast you can find typical french food with excellent breads, croissants and cheeses. The room is well comfortable and silent, we had an excellent night sleep after a long trip. One point that in my opinion must be improved is the shuttle service, the last shuttle to the airport departs at 1045h local time, if you lose this time you get to pay them 10EUR to go to CDG. Many others hotels in the same are offer almost a 24h shuttle service. The neighborhood is amazing, you can find very cozy restaurants and mini markets.

The rooms were simply amazing with each part very carefully planned. There was everything available from a microwave over to a small kitchen shelf with separate basin. The WC was separate from the bathroom providing opportunity to cut time in getting prepared. The dining in Picasso room however was the saddest experience I had in whole of Europe trip of about two weeks as the staff was not only rude but unfit to be posted in a restaurant as either they would response or respond rudely. They did not replenish the food items though the hotel includes price of breakfast in the tariff. The waitress and waiters behaved as if the customers are beggars. The front desk staff when approached also hardly smiled despite greeting them before conversation and had no information about how to reach city other than booking a cab or uber. A phenomenal infrastructure being marred by incompetent staff for the hospitality industry!

Très bien séjour , j’aime beaucoup cet hôtel pour sa propreté, son personnel souriant et la qualité de tout ce qu’il propose , je recommande à 100% . Un petit déjeuné de qualité et très copieux, avec un personnel accueillant.

Really decent hotel for a good night’s rest. Very clean and comfy rooms. Super accommodating and polite staff. Hassle-free check-in/out. Good breakfast

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel. The room was a bit too small but overall it was clean and well furnished. The easy access to the CDGVal (free automated shuttle) is a plus. Just be careful when you’re booking your taxi from Paris city center : there is another Mercure hotel a few minutes away !

So this is a brand new hotel which boasts 4 stars. Sadly much of the amenities have been added just to get the rating. The gym is non existent. It is a fitness room. There are no weights or weight machines at all just cardio machines. The machines are of low quality and suitable for home gym use. There are no exercise mats, no benches just cardio bikes , 2 x rowers and 3 times running machines. (No body uses these as they seem dangerous to use) further more the exercise room is stifling with heat. There is no aircon, no chilled water and even a tv with no remote so it's never been on. Very disappointed with the whole thing. The pool is covered in a plastic housing and it's like a green house. A few chairs within the greenhouse but nothing to sit outside. The bedroom are fine, but not cleaned daily as suggested. They make the bed and leave. That's it. No replacement coffee, not hoovered for days and towels changed occasionally. Breakfast is fine but the coffee not great. The bar is expensive. 10euros for a large beer. They advertise cheaper but that brand has not been available just the 10euro one so we avoid it. WiFi has been intermittent in the rooms. Plenty of car parking and it's on an industrial estate although there is a bar next door that opens daily for lunch and Friday and sat evening only.
