Hotel berhampiran Cathedral Saint-Apollinaire, Valence

The hotel is a rather new building located near a series of roundabouts near the motorway. It provides parking, which was much appreciated. The reception had the usual Ibis basic look, plasticky but clean enough. Our room on the fourth floor was the usual tiny room this type of hotel provides, basic beds, tiny shelves, and a teeny, tiny rack to hang a couple of jackets, instead of a wardrobe, and in the bathroom only one flimsy towel that you can use to dry your face and your a*s after the shower. The staff was friendly enough but when my husband asked how to regulate the airco, because the room was coldish, the receptionist told him the airco doesn't work because ”people complain it's too hot or too cold so they switched it off” which was a weird answer. She gave him a blanket to deal with the cold, but the blanket was dirty and quite disgusting (photo attached). We had breakfast in the hotel for which we paid 7,50 € because we did not have time to look for another restaurant and needed to get on our way ASAP. If it wasn't for the disgusting blanket I would have given them a 3, because everything here is average, but the blanket was a major downer.

Pomyłka ze strony osoby zarządzającej obiektem odnośne opłat za pobyt. Pokoje zostały opłacone w formie przedpłaty, czyli do opłacenia został tylko podatek miejski. Pomyłka przy recepcji skutkowała ponownym pobraniem opłat za pokoje. Odkręcanie tego z rana to prawie godzina i brak zadowalającego skutku, ponieważ zabrakło osoby decyzyjnej. Pokój był na tyle mały, że przechodząc z jednej strony łóżka na drugą zahacza się o telewizor wiszący na ścianie.

Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen mit Premiere Class sind durchwachsen. Das Frühstück war meist recht unappetitlich. Warum übernachte ich dann überhaupt hier. Ganz einfach: der Preis ist ein Schnäppchen. Das Hotel ist fast neu und schon ganz schick. Es gibt einen Aufzug und einen großen Parkplatz. Man kann auch draußen sitzen. Wer Steaks liebt, hat eine reiche Auswahl an Restaurants (Foto). Das Hotel liegt nicht an der A7 und auch abgelegen. Mit dem Personal war ich nicht so zufrieden. Man hat mir die doppelte Kurtaxe abgeknüpft.

Hôtel récent situé à proximité immédiate de la gare TGV de Romans/Valence et également en bordure de l’A7. Pour autant hôtel très bien insonorisé, aucun bruit de l’extérieur ne vient gêner votre sommeil. Un restaurant Courtepaille au rez-de-chaussée de l’hôtel. Vaste parking, gratuit. Bon accueil. A 2, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une chambre famille avec un canapé convertible. Belle chambre du coup, agréable et spacieuse (25 m2 au lieu de 15). Belle salle de bains, moderne. Ne manque qu’une tablette pour pouvoir poser une trousse de toilette par exemple. Les designers envisagent-ils l’aspect pratique de leurs propositions ; on se le demande. Matelas manquant un peu de fermeté. Nuits calmes. Il y a des couleurs mais la décoration des chambres n'est pas non plus exceptionnellement originale comme on peut s'y attendre dans la gamme des Ibis ”Style”. Bon petit-déjeuner. La personne chargée d’approvisionner le buffet et de nettoyer les tables était franchement débordé le 1er jour, cela allait mieux le 2ème jour. Sans doute aurait-il besoin d’un petit peu d’aide au moment de la grande affluence. Les tables n’étaient pas systématiquement nettoyées entre 2 « utilisateurs ». De manière globale, un bon séjour. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel en cas de nouveau séjour dans la région. Restaurant Courtepaille testé également pour un repas le soir. Bon et rapport Qualité/Prix tout à fait correct.
