Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Valence

Great hotel during my jaunt through the wine region. Room was big and bed was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and there is coffee throughout the day. The parking is just steps from the hotel. If it is full the other city carpark is only a few minutes walk away. Andrew, who was at the front desk at night was so very helpful with my laundry and the dryer. They also knew the best place for kabobs, and it did not disappoint!! If you are looking for a hotel in Valence, let Atrium be your choice!!!

L’hôtel est décoré avec élégance et qualité, maïs en arrivant il y avait une odeur un peu désagréable. Immédiatement on m’a changé de chambre et surclassé, en plus. La chambre était parfaitement équipée, avec des peignoirs, machine à café et bouilloire, toilettes séparées, très spacieuse , belle et chaude. Le lit parfait, ce qui reste assez rare. L'accueil avenant, à l’écoute et efficace

A good located hotel for travellers crossing France, rooms are clean and functional, but that’s it. Reception is a one man show, running across area, attending phone and in between receiving check in guests. Restaurant as a mass distribution of food, loud, unreal and large, no love to detail. Employees are doing their work, but attitude and guest welcoming is a word of an other universe. At last we paid 214 € for a double room with breakfast and 85€ for a dinner, served with no attention and a lack of attention. Unfortunate.

A fuir !!! Une sorte de lit de camps dans la chambre : pas un lit en fait : ressort bruyant et matelas en mousse . Nuit blanche assurée, on a finit par mettre le matelas en mousse par terre. Et la réception répond ” oui en effet mais on est en train de changer ces lits..” sauf que des commentaires datant de plusieurs annees parlent déjà de ces lits! Ils nous offrent une nuit pour 4 de ce fait : merci mais j ai peur de retomber sur ces lits de camps.

Soit c'est pas le ritz mais des chambres en préfabriquée avec des mur épais comme des feuilles de cigarette ou on entend les chambres voisines... le restaurant servait une bavette correcte bien que sans grande saveur (assez limité en choix de plat)

В этом отеле останавливаюсь второй раз за 2 года, всё устраивает. В шаговой доступности от центрального вокзала, рядом куча мест, где можно перекусить, погулять, что-то купить (от продуктов до одежды и обуви). Аккуратный чистый отель, персонал очень доброжелательный и приветливый, всегда приятно возвращаться. В номере просторно и идеально чисто, в самом отеле - тихо. Все необходимое для душа есть в ванной.

Having wanted to visit the restaurant Pic in Valence for many years we finally made it this summer. We stayed for just one night in the hotel and we ate in the gastronomic restaurant. The experience was truly exceptional, from the moment we arrived to our departure. Our room was upgraded but this was not mentioned by the reception on our arrival, although I did of course realise when I saw the spacious room with outside seating area /terrace and beautiful marble bathtub (as well as standalone shower). Everything inside and outside the hotel is perfectly maintained and all members of staff go out of their way to ensure that their guests have a wonderful time. We expected the food in the 3 star restaurant to be amazing and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. The chef and her team manage to create exquisite masterpieces with (mostly) relatively simple ingredients. Although a huge amount of thought clearly goes into the presentation of each dish , there is no question of style taking precedence over substance. My allergies and food preferences were accounted for with no fuss, every morsel of food was bursting with flavour, the wine pairing was excellent, all local wines as we wished, each one pairing perfectly with the dish it accompanied. The relatively young team worked seamlessly together and managed to balance an extremely efficient service with a genuine and friendly interest in their guests . We felt that every member of the team truly enjoyed their work and wanted their guests to have a wonderful experience. We have eaten in a number of other 3 star establishments and I would have no hesitation in saying that this was by far the most enjoyable experience. Yes it is expensive but it genuinely feels like good value.
