I felt like the mattress were cleaned. However towels were smelling very downy which is great ๐ in my opinion. TV wasnโt smart tv and outdated which not really a big deal nonetheless. Just felt like they can do better. Moreover, enhanced the grout on bathroom tiles (look poor finishing)

I wanted the whole world to know the real story behind the NEGATIVE 1 ratings. December 2022 we were in that hotel booked for 3 days for 2 rooms. 2 months before ---- I asked the receptionist to give me the biggest most comfortable room and I will pay. I am asking to pay ahead of time for the rooms to be reserved but they said it can be paid during the day of the booked reservation. Comes the day of the reservation.. We travel 21 hours from out of the country just to be with a relatives wedding... Went to the office to pay.. We went to the room.. It SMELLED SEPTIC TANK had been OPENED inside the SMALL DIRTY room. Outside was FULL OF GARBAGE and 4-5 HUGE BLACK BASINs....The RUDE LADY MANAGER went to us in the room and said the rooms are filled as there were a LOT of weddings reservation. Instead of APOLOGISING, she said I AM BEING CHOOSY... She told me that she will fix things up.. She went back to the Office. When she came back, she said SHE CANCELED the reservation and WE ARE FREE TO GO. VERY VERY RUDE, HEARTLESS, UNPROFESSIONAL Human being I have ever encountered. I HAVE 2 KIDS WITH ME and the RAIN WAS POURING... It was already 8 PM and it was very very hard to find a HOTEL.. TAGUM CITY DOESNT HAVE A TAXI... Can anyone imagine how I would find a place to stay with 2 kids with me, very hungry, tired and just want to relax already for the night ? The next day the kids had fever... If I ONLY HAVE too much time in the Philippines I would SUE THAT WOMAN... Is she even a human being.....? ... One day... KARMA COMES to rude people especially when others are helpless to protect themselves...

PPengguna TetamuFrom arrival until departure, I felt welcomed. The rooms were clean and efficient. The beds, especially the pillows were very comfortable. Hot water worked well. Itโs right along the national highway so very convenient. And the restaurant on the top floor was so good that I ate there both nights instead of going out looking for a meal. I will definitely stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuAverage budget hotel. Good aircon, comfy bed (needs more pillows), average TV channels. Main staff are very friendly (but see below). Negatives... Not a convenient location. I thought I was booking a hotel near to the bus terminal, but it was only near to an unmarked bus-stop. (There are better & nicer hotels next to the terminal.) ---That's my bad.--- Busy junction... you can only get tricycle/jeepney around the corner. No elevator. No hot water in shower. Narrow bathroom - hard to use toilet if you have bad knees. (Much better communal bathroom near front desk.) Staff know little about local attractions (eg the caves).

PPengguna TetamuSo we spent one night on this hotel to enjoy the change of scenery & the pool. The room looks nice but with some cosmetic issues but tolerable. The phone don't work, the staff forgot to send us our toiletries & even the shower rug...but its still tolerable. We had our dinner at the hotel's restaurant & this is where I have some issues. We are on a budget, so I just wanted to make it clear. we asked what is their best seller & the tattoed waiter guy told us its calamaris & lechon kawali..hmmm...that's odd. But I just thought maybe this is the fave hangout for drinkers and they order mostly pulotan. We went for lechon kawali & ramen soup. It took almost 40 minutes for it to be served and when the food was finally served my โkarenessโ immediately kicked off. The lechon kawali is a small serving. I mean, thus the server can not analyze that we are a group of 2? he would have informed us ahead. Mind you, this food came so simply without any garnish or some greeneries aside. It is when the ramen soup was served that I shook my head. It taste like Lucky Me instant noodles with egg. And no spice, garnish and any other in it. Yeah I know, its the cheapest in the menu but come on...its not less than 300 php per serving. So if you want to come over to stay in this hotel. Just dont expect much OK? Luckily, the cool weather & the pools are nice.
