I loved staying here. The staff at front desk are amazing. The flat was spacious and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Absolutely recommend this place.

This is an apartment hotel right in the Old Town, within walking distance to all the main attractions. It's easy to find as it's located right on the roadside. However, the parking lot is quite narrow, and it would be very easy to scratch a larger car. The room is spacious with complete amenities, including full cooking facilities and tableware. The decor is relatively new. If you're visiting Valencia, this is a great choice.

Excellent, clean apartment. Conveniently located for exploring the city center. A huge plus is the 3-minute walk to the metro (the airport is 15-20 minutes away, or the sea is 30 minutes away). The terrace overlooks the courtyard (most of it is in the shade at the end of October, so it's not suitable for sunbathing). P.S. The Wi-Fi login form is inconvenient; I couldn't connect my Xiaomi Mi Box, but having a Smart TV solved the problem.

The hotel has a good location, just two blocks from the subway station and about a 15-minute walk from the North Railway Station and El Corte Inglés department store. It's a very convenient location. The hotel is apartment-style, and while there's no washing machine, the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals. Of course, it depends on your preference. The view from the hotel window is also nice, overlooking the street. The reception staff are very welcoming.

The facilities were excellent for the price, and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. Luckily, I was able to check in a bit early. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Valencia.

We had a wonderful time! We loved the apartment; it was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary bathroom amenities, dishes, and towels. The service we received at reception was excellent. Everyone was kind and attentive to our requests and needs.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large. I recommend a room facing the inner courtyard for better light and less road noise. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the old town. A particularly useful feature for long-distance travelers is that you can buy a laundry token from the front desk for 3 euros per wash. The front desk also speaks good English and is very welcoming.

My first trip to Valencia, an ancient Spanish city perfect for a day trip. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city center. Both the inner and outer ring roads are pleasant. The hotel itself doesn't seem to have restaurants, but the breakfast shop next door is convenient and has some unique flavors. The food and drinks by the sea are excellent. I recommend the locally produced white wine.

Overall, the room was pretty good and looked relatively new, suitable for family trips. The only downside was the soundproofing wasn't great, which is a shame I didn't take any photos. The price-performance ratio was good, but the garage only fits very small cars. Our car, a compact SUV, couldn't fit in the garage, so we had to park in the adjacent parking lot, which was very close.

I was very satisfied with the location, environment, and service. The room was cozy and the facilities were clean and complete. The only drawback was that the shower area was too cold, and it was difficult to adjust the hot and cold water.
