這個應該算是在歐洲少有的相對性價比比較高的酒店了，離海灘非常近，早上起來可以跑跑步，早餐也不錯呃，我去的時候正好是高峯季，所以有點偏貴

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's bang on the beach, rooms are quiet even with a lot going on around, taxi rank right outside, perfect location,clean, staff were fantastic, really helped us out with planning our day to the race track, couldn't fault it, all the bath room extras you could ask for, it all really made our stay perfect thank you hotel neptuno, we will be back, pic is beach just in front of hotel

Amazing customer service at the lobby check-in. Both Gisella and Alicia greeted us with a big smile and they have been very helpful during our stay. We have never been to Valencia and we don’t speak Spanish so getting directions and recommendations was very informative to helping us make plans in this city. We decided to stay another night and the hotel is right on the beach.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH! Want to sleep? Choose a different hotel! Played my iphone recording of the noise level - closed doors / windows - from my bed at midnight! She said it is not our fault and did not give a sh*t!. Rude and obviously used to this complaint. I did not read reviews, I should have. I liked the fact that it is closed to the beach, but you also need to rest, and you cannot do this in this hotel. Breakfast is mediocre. STAY AWAY!

I did not have a good experience at Hotel Neptune. It had an impersonal atmosphere, the staff were not welcoming or helpful. They provided no assistance on arrival or during my stay. The hotel was overpriced , I stayed for 4 nights at over 900 , 240 per night and no breakfast included. The TV did not work even after calling for assistance. There was construction at the entrance of the hotel which made it difficult to enter and leave. In addition to this, our bikes were vandalised directly outside the hotel, and there was no assistance on this either. I am sure if they took time to look at their security camera they could have seen what happened. Overall , I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

TERRIBLE NOISY HOTEL. It is right by a beachfront club that bangs out deep bass music until nearly 4am. The staff try to tell you it will be fine but it's almost every night. Then they say they have no control over it. Fine, but if you're reading this and want to sleep during your trip do not stay here. Move to an Internal room like we did and you hear the lifts bang each time they move. Rooms are small. Breakfast is poor. Back of hotel smells of sewage. No room service or bar after about 1030. 4 stars? You've got to be kidding. You're thinking it's right by the beach and not too pricey? Go somewhere else!

This hotel is recommended for a city trip to Valencia. The location next to the harbor and the beach is ideal for a walk along the promenade. There is a streetcar stop and various bus lines nearby, making it easy to get into the city. There is also a hop-on hop-off bus stop nearby. Our room on the harbor side was large enough and functionally furnished considering that we were out and about all day and were only in the room to sleep. In the evening the music (bass) from the nearby beach club could be heard, but we didn't mind. The room was clean and the room service was very reliable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of meats, cheeses and fruit and egg dishes were freshly prepared. A good start to a day in the city. Our only criticism concerns the staff at reception. When we entered the lobby, we never heard a "Hola" or "Buenos días" or saw a smiling face that would have made us feel welcome. This is not what we are used to from Spanish hotels. But all in all a successful stay and we would come again.

We loved this hotel for the location right by the sea. Can not fault how clean the hotel is and all the little extras given in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely but could have offered a little more in quantity during a busy service. The down side to this location is the loud pounding music and it would be unfair to mark down the hotel for something that is out of their control.The music is so loud in the whole area,it drowns out music in restaurant. When we went the club was closed Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday but be aware it opens 7 days a week during the summer. The hotel offers ear plugs but with our room being sea view they made little difference. Such a shame for the hotel which is lovely,elegant and a place I would have returned to.

A lovely hotel which offered everything we needed for a four day break in Valencia. Attractive decor and excellent facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated for bus and metro links for the city centre. The room was stylishly decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The outlook over the beach was pleasant and peaceful but we imagine it could be quite noisy at the height of the season when the Beach Club opposite is in full swing. Our only criticism is that the music in the bar/restaurant area was too loud even in the morning.
