The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport by the metro. Only downside I can think of are the loud room doors during the closing process as some other guests mentioned it on Google. "Hotel was in a good location close to public transport and near the city centre but the amenities were well below average. The photos provided when I made my booking indicated there would be a mini fridge however there wasn’t. I found out afterward that mini fridges are only included in superior room bookings, which I think is misleading to include in the photos for standard rooms. No other bathroom toiletries provided besides a hand wash which was also the same product placed in the shower gel dispenser. Bed was comfortable but the room had little to no natural light coming in from the window also allowed a lot of noise to come in either from outside or the room next door which was disruptive when trying to sleep. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless there were no other options available."

"Stayed for four nights in a row. The next night I found a small bug on the bed. After searching, I didn't see the second one. I didn't pay much attention to it, but I found another bug on the morning of check-out. And this time there was blood on the sheets and my arm hurt a little. Some redness and swelling. Because I was in a hurry to catch a flight before seven in the morning. I just wanted to talk to the hotel about the situation at the front desk. But Qianhe, a small man, interrupted me rudely. Asked why you didn’t say anything when you found bugs the day before yesterday. The attitude is not friendly either!"

"I visited Centenari in Valencia on Sunday 25 January 2026 with my family. This was meant to be a treat and a special breakfast experience at what is presented as a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of that promise. We waited around 20 minutes before anyone took our order, despite the restaurant being quiet and clearly not busy. From the outset, the lack of urgency and attentiveness was noticeable and disappointing. The service throughout breakfast was poor. Communication was difficult, with staff frequently failing to understand us, which only added to the delays. The quality of the food and drinks did not match the pricing or the five-star positioning. The coffee and hot chocolate were not good, and overall the standard of what was served did not justify the cost, which was extremely high for what we received. This felt like a basic offering being sold at a premium price. What makes this more frustrating is that during this trip I was staying at Only YOU Hotel Valencia, where the level of customer service was consistently excellent. The contrast could not have been clearer. Quite frankly, the team at Centenari would benefit from visiting Only YOU to see what good service actually looks like in practice. The final disappointment was the bill, which arrived incorrect and then took a further 15 minutes to resolve, with no clear explanation provided. I am a seasoned traveller and return to Valencia frequently, but I will not return to this hotel. I share this feedback constructively and would welcome the hotel reaching out if they would like more detail. I am happy to help, but this experience was highly disappointing."

"One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!"

We didn’t book with breakfast, because food in Spain is so good that we’re used to find places nearby to hotels to eat. We regretted it as there aren’t many yummy options around, so my recommendation is to include the breakfast when you book, as it is more expensive on site. The buffet is simple, but good."

"The bed looks clean. However, numerous small red spots appeared suddenly on my skin since staying there. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and the possibility of insects in the bedding. The toilet arrangement makes no sense. There are 3 rooms, yet the only female toilet is located inside one of the rooms. If you unfortunately live in the other 2 room without toilet, the only toilet plus shower for you to use is the disabled toilet. I tried to use my key to access the room with the female toilet, but it did not work. In contrast, the male toilet is located separately and positioned outside. Last, there was no ID check at all upon arrival, which raises safety concerns."

"We have spent a few days in this hotel and it has been a good thing, it's all new, in the same center of Valencia and the staff is very friendly and professional. The room is very beautiful, it is not very big but very modern, as the bathroom we loved, it is only not comfortable the open box it has because it is very high but everything else fabulous. The hotel has a pool in the bathroom that, although very small, allows you to refresh when you come back from the whole day visiting the city. If we return to Valencia we will stay there again."

"The hotel itself is average. The rooms are very dated and a little shabby, breakfast is ok. The worst point of the hotel is located. It's really, really far from the centre of Valencia. There is no public transport at all, of any kind, so only taxi to get to the city and back. Be prepared to up your budget by an extra €40 a day at the least. Not recommend this hotel at all. Don't waste money and time, which are essential during your holiday."
