Sadly my 5-day break has come to an end. This has been a wonderful experience, even though my first time back since my husband's passing, so it was tough! The staff (on the whole) were incredible, in particular ”old time waiter” Daniel who excelled at breakfast and had a constant smile in his face. He greeted everyone in the same, kind, friendly manner and service was brilliant. The General Manager, Carlos Boga, (of whom all the staff spoke so very highly) seemed to be everywhere, organising last minute conference requests and seeing to personal guests and ”famous faces” too. The Reception staff were very helpful as were the Customer Service Representatives both on my arrival and departure. I had been very reluctant to come alone but the staff made it a very easy and relaxing experience. I will not be so apprehensive when I return: in fact, I positively look forward to it, hopefully with family in tow!

酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

This is a hotel where guest expirience is the last priority. First night we visited the bar and staff there is best described as kind of 'evil' Our company in shock. Next day at around twelve we tried to get a cup of coffee. We weren't alowed to get coffee from the restaurant. With of without payment?? We we're ordered to get coffee from the vending machine. It takes coins. Getting coins in the hotel was the next mission impossible. And in trying and 'communicating' they don't look at you. Only talk to each other etc. If you want a cheap hotel in the outskirts of Valencia (you need to drive at least 10 km for the first restaurant) with ok rooms and clean and want to be handled like a lower kind of existence...this is the place to be

Staff were great. Location superb. Smallish pool but beach is only 30mins walk away. Rooms great and a great view from our balcony one the tenth floor. Didn't get breakfast there as there are plenty restaurants within five minutes walk. Only slight downside was the website which is a bit lacking in information

Nice Boutique hotel. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable & the bathroom clean. The electrical plug points were accessible which for me was important. There was no work table & that was an issue. I was there for 1 night & hence managed to adjust. The restaurant was really the best part of the stay. I had a vegan burger & it was really nice. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay.

Leí comentarios de alguien que se quejaba de todo de que si los ascensores iban lentos, que si la climatización que si había poca higiene…. A ver no digo que no pueda haber un caso puntual, pero a mi por ejemplo me ha parecido estupendo, para el finde que he estado. Los ascensores al haber más de 12 pisos es normal van parando como en El Corte Inglés, pero de problema nada, la higiene perfecta, los accesorios de baño todo fabuloso. El clima iba sobrado estamos en agosto con ola de calor y he dormido con sabanita…. Hay servicio de juegos infantil, la piscina sin que nadie te de la brasa por si te tomas allí algo, el parking directo a la habitación y la cafetería del hall un lujazo. Asi que por mi parte volvería y si os sirve de ayuda creo que no is arrepentiréis l.

Stopped here on our way back to the UK. Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Parking garage was easy to find. Checkin was easy and room was very comfortable. I have stayed in several AC hotels recently and am enjoying the brand. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and also enjoyed a great breakfast buffet. Overall a nice experience.

Everything was great, however, I would have liked that the AC cools more, because it was controlled and was almost hot. Out of that, all goes ok and we enjoy our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and also the service. The front desk personnel, also excellent. Highly recommended hotel. (Note - visit the near Saler shopping center and eat in ”Muerde La Pasta”. Very good buffet.)

Well before we arrived the management provided information to us that was helpful. A little hard to find was our only issue, but once here it’s close to most of Valencia’s main highlights. Colourful, quirky common areas! Clean kitchen facilities. The bar this day had beer specials so we indulged! Our room was small but comfortable with all the amenities one would need. Shared bathroom. Staff were terrific especially the Portuguese guy at reception (I’m sorry, I forgot your name…) Reasonable rates were a bonus to add to a really good stay.

This hotel was great! The reception was very welcoming and they let us check in at 10am instead of 3pm. If you need to wait for your room, they have a convenient bag locker where you can drop off your stuff safely and walk around Valencia (it is perfectly located right on the Plaça de l'Ajuntament). The room was comfortable and equipped with all the necessities, including a mini fridge and hairdryer. We had our own little balcony overlooking the side street and the main plaza. It was very quiet and clean, too! Overall a good experience and for a reasonable price.

We visited this hotel in June 2023 .The minute we arrived we were greeted with a nice welcome by the receptionist and were given the room immediately as it was already prepared for us .The room was overlooking the square which was beautiful .Breakfast was good and tasty . Location of the hotel is the best you are close to all shops restaurants and cafes which is important while on holiday that everything is nearby .This hotel represents Melia at its best due to hospitality . We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). Because the kids like Harry Potter, I asked for that room in advance via Booking.com. I got a response right away to confirm and when we arrived the kids were very happy with the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both in advance via chat and at the moment of our stay). We were early to check in and our room wasn’t ready so we could leave our luggage in their luggage room that’s next to the front desk. The room was big enough for what we needed. Some features were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the old showerhead or some yellow spots around the air-conditioning) but that didn’t bother us so much. The fact that it was very clean made up for the flaws. Breakfast was perfect as well. There was enough choice of fruit, pastries, bread, coffees, eggs… There was also enough for everyone. If something was out, the staff immediately brought out more. We would absolutely recommend this hotel when doing a city trip to Valencia. It’s in the heart of the old town and very close to the metro-stop Xativa and a few bus stops.

A very pleasant hotel, literally just a couple of steps away from the Cathedral and far enough away not to hear any night time noise. All the staff, without exception, were delightful and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good quality and the weather was so good that it was a joy to sit on the sunny roof terrace watching the swifts swoop over the red tiles of aged buildings and laugh at them narrowly avoiding the rich variety of bell towers (almost like a mini Florence!) The roof terrace is in two sections: one with sofas, tables and chairs where you have breakast, then an indoor bar and seating area and then the other smaller terrace with extending chairs and the plunge pool. Quite honestly, it's not a swimming pool, it's really a very cold plunge pool but lovely on a boiling hot day! The premium bedroom was well equipped and no doubt great, if you have small children and need a kitchen but oh dear, it's painted in an awful depressing prison-like mix of greys, beiges and blacks without a hint of colour, in fact lying in bed you face vertical bars hiding the kitchenette. (Wonder why the TV wasn't put there instead of the bars) There's a pretty tiny balcony but prob too small to sit on and the TV is nowhere near the bed so you have to sit on the sofa at an angle to watch it. So the positives: the wonderful staff, the quality of the food, the excellent location, the attractive roof terrace. The negatives: smoking on the roof terrace seems to be allowed, carpet outside the bedrooms needs a really good clean (or replace it with a patterned one or distract the eye, by hanging some colourful paintings on the wall), the very bland bedroom needs a splash of colour and maybe a white ceiling to brighten it up a bit! Plus something to give the hotel and bedrooms a bit of character and warmth - apart from the fab terrace, it didn't feel very Spanish, more 1990's Boho NY! Still, aside from the decor, I was pretty happy and would stay again.

The hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it. The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia. Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera. The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.

La cosa positiva è la posizione: vicinissimo alla cattedrale, al mercato centrale...posizione ottima. Valencia si gira bene a piedi quindi questo hotel è buono per muoversi facilmente e raggiungere i posti da visitare. E' un hotel per chi si accontenta e non pretende molto. Fortunatamente la stanza era abbastanza pulita e soprattutto non avevo le cimici nel letto o scarafaggi, cosa che temevo dopo aver letto le recensioni di altri viaggiatori. Bagno da rifare completamente, doccia aperta senza tende quindi se si usa, il bagno si allaga. Io non l'ho usata. Staff gentile. Non credo tornerò in questo hotel, andrebbe rinnovato completamente, ma il mio voto è la sufficienza per la posizione centrale.

We were very impressed when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent. My son loved having his own room and space. We ate out at the square for breakfast which was a few minutes walk away would highly recommend the cafes on the square. We never had anyone come and make up our room whilst we stayed not sure if they should have or not but it wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately on checking out we left my sons Samsung headphones outside the safe in the wardrobe, we didn't realise until we were eating breakfast, so a quick trip back to the apartments and very helpful reception staff took us back to the apartment but the room had already been cleaned by the cleaners and no headphones in sight. They asked the cleaners if they had found them and they said no. We know exactly where we left them so someone had definitely taken them. The reception staff were very helpful and even took me down to shake out where the old sheets were just to see if they had been left on the bed. We are 100% sure they were left near the safe. It was a sad end to an excellent stay at this property as someone was being dishonest, and it ruined our last few hours in Valencia. It was our fault as we left them in the room but you would have thought someone would have had the decency to own up to taking them when cleaning the room. Apart from that I would recommend this accommodation as it is very clean great location. Just make sure your valuable are locked up when not in the room, ad that you take everything on your departure.

A HUGE thank you to Beatriz & Erik for Their amazing hospitality , their energy , Amazing recommendations on where to eat, what to do and also making my best friend and i feel at home . The hotel was spotless clean , room was very spacious and the view was lovely . If i ever come back to València which we plan to next year in March! Stay for two nights in this beautiful hotel. Clean rooms and very nice bathroom with double showers. Great location (30-45 mins) walk to the city center via the park or the beach. Check-in process was smooth with Anna (receptionist) being super helpful and guiding us to where to go in Valencia. Nice coffee machine (LORS) with two XL capsule provided for the first day only. Would be nice if guest is given two capsule per night instead. Overall great stay and will come back and stay here if we ever visit Valencia again.

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

Camere molto grandi e visivamente belle, i letti erano comodissimi, anche se non ci sono le prese elettriche accanto ad essi. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile ma non conosce l'inglese. Cibo a volte ottimo (soprattutto la colazione) ma a volte pessimo (un mio conoscente si è sentito male per della carne servita a cena xd), servizio in camera sempre presente. Unica pecca, il bar: i cocktail costano troppo, il biliardino e gli scacchi sono vecchi di 50 anni, e il wifi non prende in alcuni punti.

We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

Not exactly a central location but it’s easy to reach the center by feet or with a bus. Rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast was great as well. It was quite packed while we stayed there but it was pretty good nevertheless!
