剛從跟萬豪有關的那個酒店出來，然後住進這裏，立刻有一種可以放開呼吸的輕鬆。

Stopped here on our way back to the UK. Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Parking garage was easy to find. Checkin was easy and room was very comfortable. I have stayed in several AC hotels recently and am enjoying the brand. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and also enjoyed a great breakfast buffet. Overall a nice experience.

這個應該算是在歐洲少有的相對性價比比較高的酒店了，離海灘非常近，早上起來可以跑跑步，早餐也不錯呃，我去的時候正好是高峯季，所以有點偏貴

Not exactly a central location but it’s easy to reach the center by feet or with a bus. Rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast was great as well. It was quite packed while we stayed there but it was pretty good nevertheless!

We visited this hotel in June 2023 .The minute we arrived we were greeted with a nice welcome by the receptionist and were given the room immediately as it was already prepared for us .The room was overlooking the square which was beautiful .Breakfast was good and tasty . Location of the hotel is the best you are close to all shops restaurants and cafes which is important while on holiday that everything is nearby .This hotel represents Melia at its best due to hospitality . A gem in Valencia , we thank all staff for making our short stay so memorable and enjoyable .M.Pace

Sadly my 5-day break has come to an end. This has been a wonderful experience, even though my first time back since my husband's passing, so it was tough! The staff (on the whole) were incredible, in particular ”old time waiter” Daniel who excelled at breakfast and had a constant smile in his face. He greeted everyone in the same, kind, friendly manner and service was brilliant. The General Manager, Carlos Boga, (of whom all the staff spoke so very highly) seemed to be everywhere, organising last minute conference requests and seeing to personal guests and ”famous faces” too. The Reception staff were very helpful as were the Customer Service Representatives both on my arrival and departure. I had been very reluctant to come alone but the staff made it a very easy and relaxing experience. I will not be so apprehensive when I return: in fact, I positively look forward to it, hopefully with family in tow!

El spa nos gustó mucho, el buffet de desayuno bastante completo, sólo falto champán, la habitación bien, muy limpia. Nos gustó la estancia y el spa. Para repetir

酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

Its a very modern and well equipped hotel with good staff and great ambience. Location is good to most of the places. The view from the room especially the top floor is amazing. I missed the breakfast as I had to leave early and on Sunday's the restaurant opens at 8AM. Hope to experience it the next time.

After a long drive this is one of the best paradores to unwind and disconnect. The room is spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The cuisine is superb. This is a beautiful location and very interesting considering the environment and information provided on protecting the wildlife,preserving the ecosystem and protecting the environment.
