Hotel locates right next to the cruise terminal, very convenient to cruisers.

房間很好 位置很好 服務員態度也很好 就是淋浴間居然沒有淋浴頭🚿，衹有在房頂上的花灑，好難用啊，建議酒店可以加裝方便使用。

I agree with some comments - Good location right on port and metro station. Walking distance to the El Peral funicular, boat trips, Plaza Sotomayor, Right next to a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hotel is very basic - one bath towel and one bath mat provided per person, no glasses, no frig, one bottle of all-in-one shampoo/soap dispenser at sink and in shower. Staff were not helpful, we reported the toilet is full of urine and not clean. The front desk staff said it is water flow from upstairs :( . Breakfast was not good.

Very convenient location for seeing some of downtown Valparaiso and getting to the cruise port. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's comfortable, and we had a nice view of the harbor. There's a bar and small restaurant on the premises. Staff were very helpful, including getting us a cab to the cruise port. If ever back in Valparaiso, we'll certainly consider coming back to Ibis.

Breakfast was OK (ask for espresso at the desk since the urn coffee was not good). But the hotel is super noisy. Rooms facing the harbor have nice views of the water and ships coming and going. But it's a working harbor and when ships arrive, the loading/unloading goes all day and all night. The windows provide some soundproofing but not enough. Plus, I don't know what was happening upstairs from my room but starting at 6 am every day, there would be this tremendous thumping and crashing all day long. Like someone was dropping giant barbells constantly (but I didn't see a gym I think). Hotel was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for!

Location Location! You can’t beat the Ibis hotel Valparaiso for location. Situated in the working docks it is by far the most fascinating view I’ve had out of a hotel window in a long time! Room was clean spacious & bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly & accommodating and breakfast delicious. Close to all the major attractions including the train station to Vina Del Mar and the funiculars it really is by far the best place to stay in Valparaiso.

I had good experience with the Ibis Hotel before, but now... first, the lock of the room had issues to let us in, the room had no ventilation in the bathroom so all the steam stayed in, the window of the bedroom had problems to stay open, the TV didn't work, and I had no remote for the A/C. I felt sad because I payed the same amount that I payed in another hotel near, and the room was smaller and had all the issues mentioned before. The breakfast was good, not great, but I was satisfied. The staff was very polite and eager to help.

2 nights stay, charged more than expected; no party on the 31st but was advertised. Close to Metro station to go to Vinas del Mar which is very much more interesting than Valparaiso ( and cleaner). Views on the side of the commercial docks and quite noisy on weekdays.

El hotel es una excelente alternativa para visitar Valparaíso. La ubicación es muy cómoda, sobre la costa, con parking en el mismo edificio. Está a escasos metros de la Plaza Sotomayor y de dos ascensores (El Peral y Concepción) para visitar los cerros. El desayuno es correcto, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Hemos estado en otras oportunidades y si regresamos a Valparaíso definitivamente lo volveremos a elegir. La única observación es que no disponen de habitaciones conectadas, por lo que en nuestro caso, que somos una familia con dos niños, eso representa un pequeño inconveniente.

Fue una estadía de solo 1 noche, la habitación limpia y cómoda pero no contaba con amenities. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio pero tienen convenio con uno ahí mismo. Con respecto al desayuno los productos se agotaban rápido y tocaba esperar, como sugerencia sería bueno colocar mas cantidad.

Ótimo atendimento, quarto e A&B Atendimento na recepção maravilhoso. Boa localização. Excelentes quartos Limpeza impecável Tivemos que sair super cedo do hotel e eles providenciaram um kit para café da manhã no aeroporto. Atenção as nossas necessidades.

Hotel sencillo, ubicación céntrica cerca de varios ascensores para subir a las colinas de Valparaíso. Habitación espaciosa y limpia con vistas al puerto y a las vías del tren que pasa debajo del hotel, pero no se oyen ni ruido, ni vibraciones. Desayuno sencillo. Llegamos muy temprano (sobre las 09:30h) y el hotel nos dio inmediatamente la habitación. Al día siguiente, el hotel nos permitió hacer un late check-out y pudimos guardar la habitación hasta las 15:00h.
