Walaupun biliknya tidak besar! Tetapi sangat bersih! Katil juga sangat selesa! Kemudahan dalaman juga bagus! Terdapat gim dan kolam renang! Namun, kolam renangnya tidaklah besar, jadi ia hanya boleh dimainkan secara ringkas! Bufet sarapan pagi juga ok!

Hotel ini terletak di pusat bandar, sangat mudah. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah, dan anda boleh menaiki lapangan terbang secara terus. Semua tarikan di bandar ini boleh dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki, menjimatkan masa dan usaha. Terdapat banyak kedai kopi berhampiran hotel, dan terdapat banyak restoran dalam jarak sepuluh minit berjalan kaki, yang sangat mudah. We booked a room with a balcony and were given one that was located thirty two floors up. We had a spectacular view of the city, ocean and the mountains. Posted picture is from the balcony. We were also able to access from our hotel the Greyline bus and tour the city. The hotel is somewhat pricey but well worth the money. Restaurants and bars are nearby.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant! From the cozy rooms with a great view to the friendly staff, everything was just great. The location of the hotel is also impressive - it is convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. I felt right at home and can't wait to come back here again!

We stayed on 27th floor! Kids loved sightseeing the downtown from the hotel room. It was the window wall. They have very comfy beds. We all really enjoyed sleeping in. My kids now spent more time at the health clubs than swimming pool. They have three different health clubs to work out.

We booked a junior suite with access to the club lounge. The suite was ok, not exactly huge as we had to lay our second cabin sized suitcase in the living area, which by the way did not have a door between it and the bedroom. The club lounge was very average, not exactly club like as there were kids, babies and toddlers as well as adults in singlets and shorts. Soft beverages were available as were snacks but alcohol had to be purchased. Pretty average compared to other club lounge in terms of the breakfast. We should have gone with a std room and bought breakfast outside .

Great location. Nice spaceous room. The breakfast and happy hour snacks in the club level were good. Our TV didn’t work the first night , but the staff tried to make things right , which I appreciate .

The location is great. fully equipped gym. however, Nto much amenities like toothbrush etc.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to pier and lots of good restaurants. Staff were helpful. The room is okay, overlooking the city, but there were no robes or slippers. We asked for a cot for our seven year's old granddaughter, but were given a baby bed. Overall, it's a good hotel.

It was so comfortable to spend time. The customer service was very nice and the room was so clean!

Location is very good, lots of restaurants are near by. But the service was just so so. gym' s equipment looks older than my mom

The customer services associate , Kelly, was very rude and total us that he is unable to address us becos she unable to pronounce our name. Her manager took side with her told us that he need to find out her side of the story. We have checked out but he have yet to provide give us any explanation on the CS Associate's behavior. I am not sure if it is intentional bad behavior or luck of training.

Poor experience bad service fong repeat to stay again

Service on front desk was unpleasant and unfriendly. Staff overall rude. Otherwise hotel was ok. Dated and looked tired. Location was easy for downtown
