Great location, few mins walk to 2 different metro line. The hotel was great, got everything you need inroom. Breakfast was great highlight. The only thing was about the homeless around the area, no safety issues during my stay, it’s just the impression.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 30-minute SkyTrain ride from Vancouver Airport to Vancouver City Centre, followed by a 4-5 minute walk. Alternatively, an Uber takes about 20 minutes. It's also excellent for exploring, with waterfront restaurants and shopping just a 5-10 minute walk away. The building itself has an older charm and is on the smaller side. Its heavy entrance door is always manned by a doorman. While the intersection immediately next to the hotel didn't feel particularly safe, the hotel's security measures appeared very solid, which was reassuring. Despite having only one elevator, we didn't experience any inconvenience. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as were the bathroom facilities. L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch, though we were disappointed by the absence of a refrigerator. A minor concern was the lack of sheer curtains on the windows, which raised slight privacy worries from surrounding buildings. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also boasts an attached steakhouse and bakery. For breakfast, guests can choose from three menu options, served in the underground restaurant.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed having a quick chat with them. The room is comfortable, spacious, with a huge wardrobe! It also provides bottled water. The location is great! Walking distance to many attractions!

Good, clean hotel with good sized rooms and an attentive front desk. Breakfast is included and has tasty if limited options. Not sure about the neon sign outside!

Nice hotel will located. As we are catching a cruise it works perfectly for us. Nearby to harbour and Chinatown. Vancouver is a super walkable city so the location works well for us.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever booked. The service, cleaners, and location are perfect.

Extremely convenient location.

We have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

Although it is a three-star hotel, the software and service are far beyond this level. The location is great. The breakfast is a set menu, one of three choices, but you need to pay a tip. The taste is very good.

The front desk staff is friendly and polite. The room is not too big, but it is comfortable. There is free bottled water in the room, as well as a coffee machine and tea bags, which is quite considerate. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The only downside to the hotel review is that the toilet has a peculiar smell, which greatly deducted points.

Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is not big, the location is good, you can walk anywhere, very convenient, very close to the subway station to the train station, turn left and it is 30 meters away, the express line to the airport is not available, turn left and turn left again and walk for 10 minutes. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room attendant has a good attitude.

The room is exquisite. Breakfast is also very exquisite. The hotel front desk is also very exquisite. The hotel's bar and steak house is said to be very famous in Vancouver. Unfortunately, it seemed to be reserved on the day we stayed, so we didn't go in. Very good experience, will go again in the afternoon.

The hotel is in a very good location and has convenient transportation. You can take buses or subway to the airport, Stanley Park, and nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Shampoo and shower gel are good. There are also delicious chocolates on the bed

The location of the hotel is very good. Next door is the entrance of the expo line, and just around the corner is the canda line. The hotel is very exquisite, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane brand. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
