I have some concerns regarding my experience at The Sutton Hotel. Firstly, I noticed that the front desk staff didn't seem very patient or eager to assist Chinese guests like myself. This made me feel somewhat unwelcome.
Secondly, I found the hotel rooms to be quite dusty, despite our efforts to keep them clean. Surprisingly, the dust accumulated rapidly on the bedside table and telephone. I suspect that the air inside the room might be the cause of this issue, as even the air conditioning panel appeared to be covered in dust.
I believe these observations are worth addressing by the hotel management to improve the overall experience for all guests, regardless of their nationality. It would be beneficial if steps were taken to enhance the cleanliness of the rooms and ensure a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all visitors.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、館内もとても綺麗でした！館内の装飾はデコレーションはどれも素敵で、とても落ち着いた空間でした。立地も最高です！たった一つだけ難点を挙げるとしたら、無料でもらえる水がおいしくないということです。そのほかは素晴らしく、またぜひ利用したいと思えるホテルです！

屬於帶廚房、餐具的公寓，非常適合度假的一家人入住；位置在温哥華downtown西段，由於温哥華很小，downtown到處走走都沒問題的。樓下還有密碼鎖的行李寄存櫃，非常不錯，性價比也在温哥華這種消費型的城市凸顯出來，唯一需要説明的是來的郵件要求網上checkin（酒店嚴格意義上沒有前台）的連結往往搞不定的，如果不能網上checkin，你很可能收不到酒店發給你的開門密碼等訊息。

Perkhidmatan di Hotel Blu sangat mengagumkan! Bilik itu dilantik dengan baik dan mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan. Tempat letak kereta adalah mudah tetapi agak mahal pada $40 dengan cukai. Saya akan mengesyorkan hartanah ini dan tinggal lagi.

地點方便，往Pacific Center，waterfront，gastown都是步行可達。
服務好，可以幫打印，對於到地方了才開始做攻略的我，着實幫了大忙。
房間乾淨整潔。空間頗大，有很大的衣櫥，還有單獨衣帽間。廚房餐具杯子一應俱全，洗衣機乾衣機也好用。床兩個人睡擠，還好有沙發床。
可惜床單被套有褶印，似乎沒更換，沙發床的毯子也略帶灰塵。床墊太軟睡得腰疼。

Great location, very colorful, fun and felt like a prominently safer area of town compared to others. Friendly staff and clean facility. Nice to have a patio to walk out on, to enjoy morning java, a wonderful space to do your yoga or simply to take a nice big breath of fresh air.

PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Jjoe honeyThis hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver.
I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour.
This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.

JJohnGreat location with outdated room. Swing door lock was missing. AC is not working (maybe I’m not using it properly). Biggest issue is noise level. It’s 12:26am and there is loud music sound coming from somewhere non stop for the last 3 hours. My room is on 13th floor. I don’t know if it’s because Friday night and maybe it’s from a bar at the ground level. Don’t people sleep here. Next time I’ll find another hotel. Vancouver was great tho
After a call and a personal visit at the front desk, finally the noise stopped around 1:05am. It was from a rooftop party. I don’t think I can sleep tonight as I’m wide awake dealing with this issue.
The following day, checked at the front desk and found out that on the weekends, there are parties on 15th floor rooftop between Thanksgiving and year end. I was able to switch room to 7th floor and the problem disappeared the following 2 nights.
I loved the location and people were friendly but just beware that you may have to deal with loud music if you were to stay on 13,14th floor (maybe 12th floor) on the weekends in Nov/Dec.

BBetty CCC我們只有待一晚，兩房一廳一衛，空間很舒適，如同住家設備很齊全，有微波爐，咖啡機，快煮壺，爐台，冰箱，書桌..等。
每個房間跟客廳都分別各有一台電視，臥房房間內都有化妝鏡與床頭櫃，落地窗，窗外景色很不錯。
床很軟，原本以為會太軟不好睡結果仍是一覺到天亮，很舒服。
地點很棒買東西很方便，下樓就有很多店面可以買吃的，過街有麥當勞，日式拉麵，還有珍煮丹~
珍煮丹隔壁的中式餐廳餐點也很棒，老闆很客氣會聊天會推薦你好吃的餐點。

DDubious deposit required and lengthy refund of it!The room looked like it was recently redone so it was clean with comfortable bed with white towels. Upon check in reception stated we did not have breakfast included and that a deposit of $100 was required but I would receive it back within 2-3 days on my c. card. I already prepaid online for the room which was $386 with taxes I later checked my voucher and it did say we had a breakfast for 2 so I brought it down in the reception gave us 2 breakfast vouchers. Breakfast cost is $15 per person minus 20% as a hotel guest normally.
The breakfast does not include drinks only water. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, pan cakes, bread for toasting and hash browns. I went to the hotel reception and retrieved coffee & tea from the reception machine. Upon check out the gentleman now at reception said a $200 deposit charge would be refunded in 2-3 weeks! I asked why so long as I can get my money on a store return in a day!?! He didn’t have a clear answer. Anyways, I guess I’ll have to wait and ensure it does go on. I’m not sure why such a big deposit charged and why it would take weeks to refund…something fishy on this part but we’ve been there and can’t change it. However , I am dubious to use Choice Hotels - Quality Inn & Suites again since it seemed inconsistent as to the staff knowing why they charge a high amount and the return time.
I also had booked a Choice Hotel for our return home and had put the incorrect date in by one day. They would not modify it and only cancelled it and still charged me! So their billing is skcetchy to me and that was my dealing with 2 of their Choice Hotel units

AanzhuzhuVery good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities.
The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown
The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years)
Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!
