Hotel 2 Bintang di Vancouver

Hotel location is super perfect which nearby the centre point of Vancouver, many restaurants surround hotel especially Korean food, and we stay in penthouse floor which can look at the north side of Vancouver and hills. By the way no special facilities and service here and some of furnitures in room are getting old and not plenty clean although they charge me cleaning fee before check-in

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station. Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean. There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

Perfect location for downtown vancouver with lots to offer, the staff seemed nice but the guy on the desk on the evening was not impressed with. Very abrupt and unhelpful and unwelcoming. The other staff I dealt with seemed nice and freindly. Connected to q bar which runs events on the evening which is great for socialing, but wouldn't recommend if you was there amd wanting to sleep earlier in the night as music is loud and can be disturbing. Cleanliness was average but what you'd expect from a hostel as its not about there cleaning but sometimes the people staying there with toilets and shower areas not really respected for other guests. Didn't impact my experience and is probably what you'd expect for one of the cheaper hostels in the area

Great budget hotel. Lots of reviews on Expedia hardly any on here so thought I would share here. Great location 2 min walk from English bay beach and Stanley park very close, main shopping streets close by and lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff in the hotel very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and large, this is a no frills hotel but it you want to be centrally located to Stanley park Granville Island English bay etc and are not wanting to spend day and night in the hotel this is a great choice. Vancouver hotels are expensive so if it's all about the hotel facilities this is not the place for you but if you want a clean, centrally located base then this is great I would come back.

I recommend to stay in this hotel because of their staff. The staff went beyond our expectation. Was able to manage things really well. The patient was very patient with us. She even gave us a good service.despite the fact the my son was rude. My apology. Thank you for setting up our room and giving us a very much relaxing view. We will sray here again. -Darlene

We were in town to attend a family birthday which did not include dinner so I chose this hotel because i wanted to go to the iconic Tiki Bar. Upon checking in we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room with mostly original decor still being used that gave it the iconic vibe. When we decided it was time to eat we found out from the desk girl that all the eating establishments at the hotel were closed for renovation. This should have been divulged at the time I booked; it is important information as there is no places close by to eat & the price of the room was not discounted to reflect the lack of facilities. We were also concerned about the safety of our vehicle but everything was fine & we were surprised how quiet it’s was (we were facing the rear parking area). The bed was comfy & we slept well.

I had advised the hotel that I would arrive late when I made my reservation a month or more before my arrival. They sent an reply that they would be ready. They also replied quickly to my other questions before my arrival. When I arrived at 1:30 AM the gentleman at the desk was read for me. He processed me quickly, told me some information of the area in case I wanted to go get something to eat, gave me the WIFI credentials. I was on my way to the room on the 9th floor in a couple minutes. He was polite and very efficient! As others have mentioned, the hotel is older and shows signs of wear and tear from years of service. Maybe I am more practical than most guests but I do not trouble myself about such things. The elevator worked, they have two in the hotel. My room was easy to locate and access. It was basically an apartment, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. More space than I needed but very nice. Everything I used was functional and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for a shower. One of the amazing things were the views from the living room. It had floor to ceiling windows on two walls. There was a view of the bay. I watched ships pass and sea planes landing. I also had a goose fly by my window, so cool to see. I didn't get the name of the guy that checked me in but I did of the lady that checked me out. Asna was very nice and helpful. I think I got an excellent value for the money at the Tropicana Suite Hotel and would happily stay there again in the future.

Staff are always nice .... I didn't stay here this date as mixed up the dates

Landlord is very nice. The house is clean and lovely. It's like b&b and you will share the bathroom with others. Overall I think it is pretty good.😊
