Che bella storia ! Ci siamo immedesimati in questa favola scritta da una coppia Italo / Belga ( Nathalie & Thierry ) un percorso durato 2 notti e tante attenzioni, che io e mia moglie Kristina cercavamo per evadere dalla city. Sapori , viste mozzafiato , sonno profondo con ottime camere e tanto cibo di altissima qualità , che solo una siciliana come Nathalie e un attento Manager come Thierry possono trovare a Km0. Un villaggio romantico come Claviers 🇫🇷, lascia il segno scritto per un week and che non avrà mai fine. Voto 10/10 grazie per questa fantastica esperienza, ci torneremo presto 🔜!

We really enjoyed being in the beautiful hotel Le Verger Maelvi! The room was so charming, with the lovely balcony and wonderful view. Exceptional! We also liked the breakfast very much, so much choice and perfect service. It was only for 2 nights because the hotel was fully booked, but we enjoyed every minute of it! So don’t hesitate if you want the most cozy hotel on a perfect location to visit Grimaud, Port Grimaud, St tropez… The owners are very helpful, you can ask anything (nice beaches, good restaurants,…). They were also very kind for our little son. We miss it already !

MMei26The service by the hotel was really good. We enjoyed both our complimentary breakfast and lunch buffet. The hotel provide free shuttle rides to the town and private beach clubs as well. The gardens are beautiful
The sauna and steam room was very hot, way above the normal spa in other hotels which are slightly strange. The pools are okay not particularly special. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and food is mediocre. We had to send the carbonara back because it was inedible with the amount of salt in it.
The most puzzling issue we had was actually our room is fully lighted in white light, which is not common in a 5 star luxury hotel. There was no ambient light. The bathroom looks like a hospital toilet, and the decor looks outdated. We requested to change to other rooms but the hotel said they are full. It was then we found out that some rooms have already been refurbished with better lightings, and some are still dated. It made us wonder whether they gave us an outdated room because we booked via a third party website and not direct.
We had high expectations because this is a 1500 dollars stay, and we expected way more for the room. Despite liking the service, we have to say it is not value for money, and the hotel can do way better in terms of their room and restaurant.

Booked for our wedding anniversary. The pool was full of dead wasps (I removed over 20 myself) - asked if it could be cleaned but no one came to sort it out. The restaurant meal was good quality but the service was average - we were not told what the tasting courses were as they were presented to us. The bedroom was so hot as the AC did not work and it was absolutely boiling! Not what you would expect given the prices! Wouldn’t recommend staying due to this as we had the most awful nights sleep. We informed the staff when checking out who gave us a free breakfast, which we appreciated but which didn’t really make up for the insufficient AC given the cost of the room. It was such a shame as we had high hopes for this visit!

PPengguna TetamuLeider ist es so, dass ein neu renoviertes Haus, das auch noch sehr gut ausgestattet ist, das sehr ansprechend wirkt und das auch ist, auf absolut unfähiges Personal trifft. Vielleicht hatten diese eine lange Saison…. Aber gerade die ältere Dame an der Rezeption, die kein englisch spricht oder dieses nur gebrochen versuchte, zwar nett im ersten Moment war, allerdings hat sich keiner Ihrer Aussagen als verlässlich erwiesen! Am Anreisetag konnten wir um 17.40 Uhr keinen Tisch für das Abendessen am selben Tag reservieren (wir hatten eine Fahrt von 9 Std. hinter uns). Später haben wir erneut nachgefragt für den nächsten Abend. Wir erhielten dann eine Zusage für den nächsten Abend um 19.45 Uhr. Leider bekamen wir im Restaurant am nächsten Abend den reservierten Tisch nicht, da die Dame von der Rezeption, die im übrigen auch am zweiten Abend da war, sich aber genauso wie alle anderen vom Personal wegduckte, sich an nichts erinnerte…. Sie liess uns leider komplett vor der gesammelten Mannschaft samt den Gästen auflaufen (hier wird wohl pro Mitarbeiter und nicht pro Gast gearbeitet). Außerdem war sie der Felsenfesten Meinung, dass wir nicht einmal Frühstück gebucht hatten. Unser Vorteil war, dass wir bei Anreise bereits bezahlt hatten und konnten dieses somit auch nachweisen. Die Situation war nicht nur schlimm sondern auch Skurril. Besonders Schlimm war, dass unsere Kinder die Aussage tätigten (Tochter 7Jahre) ”sie ist froh hier wieder weg zu kommen“. Wir hatten keine Lust mehr dort Abend zu essen. Und haben uns wieder etwas anderes gesucht. Das Frühstück am Abreisetag war genauso wie am morgen zuvor spartanisch und es ging stück für Stück alles leer. Egal ob S*****en, Käse, Eier, Marmelade…. Es lag auf jeden Fall nicht daran, dass zu wenig Personal da war. Auch hier wurde weggeschaut, es war nur wichtig die Tische der Gäste, die gegangen sind so schnell wie möglich zu putzen und somit sauber zu machen.

PPengguna TetamuWe had an unplanned 4 night stay at the hotel following a break in to our camper van (which was parked by the naval barracks in central Toulon). All of our personal belongings were stolen, including our passports; all we had with us was our little dog, his food and feeding bowls and the clothes we were wearing. We arrived very late in the evening to the hotel (without a reservation) and still in complete shock. We were able to securely park our damaged van in the underground car park and made our way to reception. There, we were met by Kevin, who was brilliant and very understanding - he made sure we had everything we needed before we went to bed that night. The next morning, we had a huge amount of admin and logistics to navigate, as our original plan was to travel onwards to Mallorca, and this is when we met Samuel. There were countless times that myself and partner asked Samuel for his help and advice with trying to print documents and assist with communicating on our behalf. Our French isn’t very good and the team’s English is excellent! He went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was a problem despite him and the team being very busy. We met Bernard a few days into our stay and he also demonstrated the same will to help, cheerfulness and professionalism. He was able to find a good vet for us close to the hotel who was able to help with paperwork and worming treatment for our dog so we could return together back to the U.K. We are extremely grateful to Kevin, Samuel and Bernard for their fantastic service and help. It made a huge difference to us following a very stressful experience. Although most of our interactions were with the guys, we could see that the entire team work really well together and are very organised. There is a good rapport between them all. Thank you to everyone. We are so grateful. It’s the best hospitality and kindness we’ve experienced for a long time. Keep being brilliant!

Functional and inhuman hotek but you should not expect to sleep if you are on the road side. The rooms give outdoors onto a very busy intersection with traffic, even in the middle of the night. Fortunately I had earplugs, but even then it was pretty loud.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours et rien à redire. L’accueil était bien (Il faut respecter les horaires mais c’est bien mentionné donc …) L’EQUIPE est très sympa et aux petits soins. L’appartement était spacieux. Pour le rapport qualité prix c’était parfait. Parking à disposition, belle piscine …

Ремонт и правда как будто 30 лет не было. Но чисто , и уютно . Но все же самое крутое - огромная тихая территория и везде вай фай и бассейн хороший
