Lovely place, beautiful view and great staff

The beach is beautiful; the white sand is shallow; the pool is stunning; it's surrounded by a golf course; there's a dinner bar at the Chateau Dupont; the rooms have small Russian-style beds; the included fridge and water aren't updated regularly; the included meals can be ordered Japanese-style; the location is excellent; it has a historic feel; the small Russian-style elevator; the internet isn't working; China Mobile's data plan is good; you'll need China Mobile's data plan to watch the 93rd military parade; local credit cards aren't working **Ctrip and Xiaohongshu are available.

All the shortcomings are not shortcomings for the sea view! The beauty of the Caribbean Sea is intoxicating! The hotel lobby faces the sea, and I am in a good mood every day when I pass by. The hotel staff are friendly and hospitable people. Although some have more respect for 1 dollar. Ancient, tired, rickety and wretched number of rooms. Everything is so old that even touching it is dangerous. There is no blanket, the bedspread and curtains are very dusty and smell bad. The refrigerator in the room was year 2000. We had to wait a day for slippers and dental kit. The fittings and locks are old and rusty. The air conditioner is difficult to adjust. It works extremely noisily. But the most disgusting thing here is the food. I don't know why you can't make something from regular ingredients that won't cause heartburn and diarrhea. This food is impossible to eat. This is slop. The serving plates are dirty, with dried food remains. Since the air conditioning in the buffet does not work well, many products begin to spoil in the heat. You approach the distribution, and there is a sour or rotten smell. You can forget about fruits, especially normal fruits. They make cocktails, but not always even from their own Rum Cuba Libre. If you were to tell me whether you would return to this hotel or whether you could recommend it - ABSOLUTELY NO!

The hotel is good, comfortable, has several bars and a nice structure. The food is quite varied, but not disappointing, as it is not very fresh, as there is a lack of basic ingredients on the island. I would stay there again.

The food is pretty good for Cuba. The hotel is a bit old and it is difficult to arrange a room with a sea view. Most of the people staying there are elderly people, so young people should choose another hotel!

I walked more than ten kilometers along the beach, but this place is superior. There are igneous rocks hanging on the sea at both ends, and the scenery is unique! Looking at the blue swimming pool from the railing, there is an ocean across the coconut grove, which is refreshing! The all-inclusive warm and attentive service makes people satisfied. We stayed for 12 days during the Wimbledon season, and the clear live broadcast in the air-conditioned room should also be liked. There are enough varieties in the dining hall, and the service is particularly enthusiastic. We would like to thank the two waiters who took care of our Chinese drinking habits of hot water, and made us feel very comfortable if we can’t eat Xi’an! We are especially grateful to all the Cuban service staff who know that we are Chinese and show their friendliness. Excellent scenery, comprehensive facilities, excellent service, clean room, satisfactory dining room, full of joy The enjoyment makes us feel that there is more vacation life in Cuba than a cruise ship! Give the hotel a big thumbs up! There are two suggestions: the soup is too salty, just do not add salt to the corn paste. The pressure of the bath water is low, and it will be difficult for old hotels to increase the pressure. The overall service is satisfactory.
