AWFUL! THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPER RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THE FOOD WAS IN A VERY BAD CONDITION, FLIES EVERYWHERE AND TASTELESS. THE DRINKS WERE JUST WATER. THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY AND QUITE OLD AND THE DON’T CLEAN THE ROOM JUST MAKE THE BED. MAKE A FAVOUR TO YOURSELF AND DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE

Service nur gegen Dollar. Zimmer dreckig, Karkalaken, kein Warmwasser. Wurden bei der Buchung auf Las Palmas zugewiesen, obwohl Quatro Palmas für das doppelte gebucht. Sehr laut. Kantine eng und ein Teil Baustelle. Für jeden Gefallen muss man Dollars geben. Cocktails an der Bar grottenschlecht. Essen mittelmäßig. Strand sehr gut.

O hotel é maravilhoso, a comida fantástica, o snack bar é muito divertido e o atendimento da equipe é super cuidadoso. Não recomendo para mulheres que viajam sozinhas, há muito assédio de estrangeiros e alguns movimentos suspeitos. Se estiverem sozinhas, fiquem bastante atentas.

Mi experiencia con la reserva de este hotel ha sido horrible,puesto que reserve un tipo de habitación estándar y al llegar a recepción del hotel ,me asignaron la habitación de la sección economica que se encuentra a dos calles de las instalaciones del hotel starfish cuatro palmas ,son como unos alojamientos a parte del hotel principal ,decepcionante ,en el hotel en Cuba me dicen que en trip.com donde hice la reserva ,no son muy explícitos a la hora de hacer la reserva ,no te dan todos los detalles ,la puerta de la habitación que conlleva al balcón ,tenía problemas al cerrar ,nos teníamos que desplazar casi dos calles para ir al hotel ,donde estaba los restaurant ,piscina y demás servicios ,horrible la experiencia

Me gusto mucho la uvicacion del Hotel .Los trabajadores muy amables .Para la categoria del mismo la comida esta bien .La playa a pocos metros . para mis proximos viajes pienso repetir mi visita a esete hotel .

Hôtel has a good team, all are super nice and do their best. I think the food (with all the problems of Cuba due to American embargo) is quite good: tasty fruit, and pastry, grills are tasty too, and today pork was just superb (Cubans in general know how to cook pork well). Another rare dish I had here was seviche. It was quite good too. They just need to improve cocktails in the bars a bit.... The rooms are simple but have everything. Can they be better? Yes, some parts of the hotel are tired, but satisfactory, and they staff are willing to address any issue if needed. The territory is clean and well maintained. Location is central, so no need to take a cab to the night life locations.

Overall it was perfect like always, i would say even more this year. The new staff is doing an excellent job on all points. A big shout out to David public relations any problem addressed was fixt in the hour. Thank you Senior David keep it up☝️

Hotel is very clean and tidy, people arę friendly, beautifull beach-the best in Caribbean islands. Hotel is close to downtown and Cuban restaurants. Hope to come back herę again. Close to the airport with fast bus. Świning pool is very clean.

Very good , nice place , Nice staff , very welcoming , good food. Nice view of the bleach , pool and bar very nice and relax . Fun gathering. I’ll be back here very fun last shortly but I had the best time here. Very much recommended! Have the fun entertainment programs

The staff is amazing, Rosie from administration Hanny front desk, all the staff from the restaurant including The Aroma and the International restaurant.The aninimation with Adiel and Ingri super helpful and joyful.They really make us feel at home.I feel like Familia when I come here.Amazing

Great location on the *****, which makes the hotel perfect for off resort exploring. The food was decent and better variety than expected with some days having less choices than others. The alcohol selection was ok. The beach was beautiful (the reason to go) and the pool was nice. Main compliant is definitely the room, located in the colonial section. I paid for a Superior Room. There was no second deadbolt (as a woman staying alone that was an issue), my shower leaked a ton, my balcony doors wouldn’t close shut, there were ants in my sink and the view from my window was a planter full of old cigarette buts. Not nice. There wasn’t even a “do not disturb sign” to put on the door. AC worked perfectly though and bed was comfy. Sheets and towels were stained. Again, it’s Cuba. I knew what I was going in for, knew the standards aren’t like other islands. So it is what it is. The ocean was perfection and that’s all that mattered to me. If you can deal with less than perfect rooms, ok food and lots of people from Quebec and Russia, this resort is fine. **if you want good food, go off the resort

Was my first time at this hotel and i loved . Staff are wonderful , helpful , kind and very professional. Room were great . There was lots of hot water for a great shower , soft pillows , great bed , clean room all the time . Wonderful location and most importante food was delicious ! It was 10 out of 10 for me and I super recommended to everyone !! See you again on next year Starfish .......
