Not a good hotel to stay with family and friends, unhygienic, in poor condition. And the staff is also very rude and unprofessional. Please do not waste your time. Even mmt has charged more then hotel tariff without cancellation option

Property experience is horrible.
Water was dropping from ceiling.
There is no wifi service as mentioned.
Room service was very bad and staffs behaviour was very bad.
At regular intervals, electricity cut problem was there.
There was no geyser in the bathroom.
All over it doesn't worth the money...

Very dirty and extremely unman-aged property. The staff were polite and supportive but they can’t do anything better due to management, it seems. Rooms were dirty with no basic facilities. Intercom were non- operable. You need to either call their mobile number or go to reception for any help. I would like to give a zero rating to this property. Please avoid staying here

My stay at the hotel grand continental was good. The staff were friendly very good room service. There was one occasion were i wanted new towel and it was not there because of some reason. The rooms interior was good but not upto my expectations there was occasional power cuts rooms was not properly maintained. Wall of the room had some water spots due to water leaking and the some of the light were not working
