New Hotel Broadway

Location is good and just renovated. However, the bed sheets were not very clean. There was a problem with the drain in the shower room and no hot water sometimes.

Room is little smaller size bed is very comfortable. Specially, the food is wonderful, which state three nights all our meals from there, which is extraordinary, their very generous with the portions and very good experience very close to the Aarti in Asshi Ghat

Fantastic stay! Impeccable service, cozy rooms, and great amenities. Will definitely return! From the moment we stepped in, the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was elegantly furnished with every convenience imaginable. The hotel's facilities, from the bathroom to the dining options, were top-notch.

Very comfortable stay rooms are spacious clean ,staff behaviour is friendly. Best hotel it was little costly but good to stay it was the main road and have a great view from windows. I just loved it………..🥰 …………………………………………………………………………..🥰

I have recently went to this hotel on 3rd December 2023.I had worst experience ever I had.The rooms were extremely dirty.Hot water wasn’t coming in superior rooms as well.Staffs were extremely rude and unprofessional.I checked in late on 3rd December by 10 pm in night.On 4th December they started calling us before 11 continuously even when said we are in temple.When staffs were said that I will write review they said as if we care.Am spending this much time to write so that anyone else isn’t fooled like us.

Just fabulous stay!😇 Best location with a broad road. The hotel provides all the needed amenities in the room only. Neat and clean room. The room was a bit small but well maintained. Staff was very cooperative,polite and friendly. Food in the restaurant was so much delicious that i loved it👍. Hotel reception area is very beautiful. had a wonderful stay at New Hotel Broadway and here are couple of reasons supporting my experience; 1. Thank you Sakshi (Reservation ***ager) for providing us the family room at the last minute because we were running here and there for 2 hours while searching for the suitable hotels. 2. Assi Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath temple, BHU and Lanka area are the couple of spots which are nearby. 3. Thank you to Johny for arranging the darshan at Kashi Vishwanath temple, however we did not had a very good experience as one of the police officers and some people from South India misbehaved with my family and the pandit ji who helped us with the darshna was not available to handle the situation. I felt really sad while standing on the premises of Lord Shiva 4. We had a decent trip to Allahabad sangam which was arranged by Johny but once again panda's misbehaved with us at the Vindhyachal temple. 5. Additionally, the boat ride organized by Johny for the Dashashwamedh ghat was incredible and we learnt a lot about history of Benaras narrated by the guide. 6. Rooms - Family room was very comfortable with a decent city view. Moreover, sofa cum bed and King size bed can easily accommodate 4 people. It was well equipped with basic amenities but the drainage and shower were not working properly. Lastly, Benaras during the rainy season has lot of power issues, which were nicely ***aged by hotel Broadway. 7. Breakfast - It was basic and average in taste but enough to fill the stomach, however after 9:30, restaurant staff was unable to fill the buffet on time and we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Lastly, breakfast timings are 7:30 to 10:30 but was not setup at 7:30 am and we had to wait till 8:00 to access the buffet. 8. To summarise, every staff member was very polite and helpful not only in terms of behaviour but also taking care of requirements as per the needs. New Hotel Broadway showed a true hospitality in enhancing my memories with Benaras. I must recommend this property to everybody because Sakshi and Johny are well equipped to take care of the requirements.

Students from Ahmedabad had booked this hotel more than 45 days earlier and were staying there. on 2nd day 20 students were forced to vacate rooms because the hotel had to compulsory give these 10 rooms to marriage function of one of their relatives and all hotels are over booked. Its a nightmare experience for most of the girls and that too from all the way from Gujarat to Uttar pradesh for 1st time in their life. Never seen such unprofessional hotel ***agement in my life.

Nice hotel boardway in Varanasi.... breakfast very good, Room excellent.......sakshi and Amit Receptionist both are very good helpful best services they had given... Nice place centre point for near to temple around 2 km away.......
