Diamond Hotel

I booked my stay at Diamond Hotel ,Varanasi from 4.11.23 -7.11.23 direct on line. My booking and stay experience is excellent with Diamond Hotel. I got reference of QRTravel from front desk of Diamond Hotel.Mr.Javed of QRTravels is very dilligent in his profession and meticulous on travel tour planning. He coordinated and understood my travel needs in and out side Varanasi very well. My overall experience with QRTravels is par excellence. Mr.Javed is an Asset to QRTravels.His grasp on traveller needs is genuinrly competent and gives experienced advice to visit places , temples. Ghats etc. systametically in a time and cost effective ***ner. I wil recommend 10 out of 10 Diamond Hotel and QRTravels for pilgrimage and sightseeing tour to Varanasi, Prayagraj,Ayodhya, Sarnath. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Diamond Hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with, from the valet to the check-in team and the diligent cleaning staff, were not only delightful but also incredibly eager to assist. The rooms were impeccably clean, exuding a remarkable level of comfort, and the staff's dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable truly went above and beyond our expectations. I who***eartedly recommend the Diamond Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Varanasi.

Had booked "Navratan Hall" for the Sacred Thread Ceremony (Upanayan Sanskar) of my son. The exquisite decor and delicious dishes mesmerized the guests. Can be considered for taking the service in future also.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Very nice and clean. Location is little far from main ghats however it is still 10-15 Mins by auto . Room service is Excellent. Special Thanks to Arvind Yadav who returned couple of items we forgot in the room after checkout . Wanted to give him some tip as a appreciation however he dis not accept it . Not seen guy like that

Stayed here with family . Stay is excellent and house keeping staff did a fabulous job in maintaining the rooms with almost cleanliness and hygiene Buffet breakfast is excellent and ala cart is OK OK. The location is excellent with nearby South Indian cafe and super market Travelling desks is very helpful and he is a go to guy for everything you need in varanasi

In Varanasi's Bhelupur, I regularly stay at the Diamond Hotel. The hotel is at an ideal location close to Kedar Ghat, Dashashvamedha Ghat, Tulasi Ghat, and Assi Ghat makes for an extremely relaxing stay. Because of this, nearby landmarks like Vishwanath ***dir, Sankat Mochan, BHU and even Durga Temple and Kund are quickly accessible. They have an excellent staff that promptly assists customers by determining their needs and making every effort to meet them. Vijay Kakkad and Suraj Rai, to name just a few, have particularly touched the hearts of the customers with their speaking, ***ner, and proactive comprehension of the customer's requirement within the confines of the hotel administration. They do have a rapid learning curve, which is another benefit for the business. The hotel's perfor***ce will improve as a result of improved personnel education or training. Giving the staff more training or education would help the hotel become well-known in this competitive market given the increasing amount of foreign tourists. From check-in to checkout, the entire experience was enjoyable for me. It nicely captures the essence of Kashi, a spiritual city.

A decent property. About 1.5 km away from Godolia market, the most happening place in Varanasi. The rooms are well maintained. The food in their in-house restaurant is well prepared. The breakfast buffet is varied and palatable. An overall satisfactory experience.

***ish gupta at the hotel I checked in to this hotel on 4 February 2023 at 2:30am with my family , which consists of my wife and 2 daughters which is 1 year old and 4 years old. At the reception of this hotel there was a gentle*** sitting by the name of ***ish Gupta. This *** had been extremely rude and had absolutely pathetic customer care. My young daughters who were cranky and wanted to have milk, so we requested the staff to send us the glass of milk and they rudely said that tell your daughter to starve and at 7:00 she will have a milk. It was late at night and being a father I was angry, the way he behaved, but was completely helpless as in the middle of the night, the entire staff became extremely hostile and unhelpful. Guys this hotel has extremely bad customer service and specially this ***age of this hotel. Please stay or do not bring your family to this hotel😡😡😡😡 ***** with that the restaurant staff was pathetic and their attitude. Please avoid this hotel, extremely bad services ***** with the really bad ***agement

It is not worth spending around 6000 per night here..it's very unhygienic, the rooms are so uncomfortable, really stinking bed sheets and blankets.. The staff is so so rude and not helpful at all..they should do a course in hospitality! Restaurant staff and front desk staff I haven't seen more unprofessional and rude people. Kindly if you have young kids do not book this place, for this price you can get better options. Food is also very average and over hyped.
