Hotel berhampiran मणिकर्णिका घाट, Varanasi

Elegimos este hotel porque dado que no existe mucha oferta de alojamiento en Varanasi, en comparación con el resto de hoteles de la misma categoría era el que tenía mejor precio. He de decir que fue la mejor elección que pudimos hacer. El hotel está nuevo ya que lleva poco tiempo en funcionamiento, y a pesar de que todavía tiene algunas zonas que están en reforma, se co****sa claramente. El trato con nosotros fue inmejorable desde la recepción al personal del restaurante. A pesar de que llegamos a las 11:30h nos dejaron hacer el check in sin problema y nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación vistas a la piscina sin ningún cargo adicional. Las habitaciones amplias, nuevas, muy confortables y con muy buen diseño. La zona de piscina muy agradable para d**** un baño y tomar el sol. Especial mención al restaurante con un desayuno con muchas opciones occidentales y de los mejores que he probado en la India (podría decir que las French toast son las mejores que he probado nunca) y la cena dentro de nuestra media pensión a la carta. En cuanto a la ubicación obviamente no está en el centro de la ciudad pero la mayoría de estos hoteles no lo están, lo cual permite alej**** del bullicio para poder descansar y acerc**** a él en 20 minutos en coche. Como único inconveniente podría decir que el primer día la presión de la ducha no era muy buena, aunque el día siguiente ya si era correcta y al gimnasio le podrían poner alguna cosilla más. pero sin duda volvería a alojarme en este hotel.

The stay was comfortable. During our visit which was in January, the morning and nights were very cold, and the centralized heating system was not working in our room but the ***agement did provide us blowers in the room after inquiring. Food was good, the facilities were clean and the service was fine.

（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

This property is very conveniently located near the gullies and ghats but on a main street so that anyone can access it by car. the staff is exceptional and always full of smiles and ready to tend to your every need. rajesh the travel agent is like a brother and thrives in serving. i love the staff so much!! the kitchen staff is also wonderful and was extremely supportive when my mom fell ill. the food is delicious with south indian breakfast buffet options. the rooms are spacious and beautiful and laundry service is quick and convenient. there is nowhere else to stay in varanasi!!!! thank you dolphin grand!!!!🪷

The hospitality quality is super experienced very nice the staff is gives nice service worth staying with India Benaras having a infant and the care with love for the children and given very nice service thanks for the staff and people related to Indain Benaras specially ***ager sir Rajiv and rajesh Abdullah thanks for ur service once again
