We had a wonderful dining experience tonight at the Varanasi Radisson Hotel. Although one of us likes spicy food, while the other can tolerate little to none, the staff made sure we both walked away satiated and pleased. The meal was served family style, so small dishes of meats, vegetables, and breads came to us for almost an hour. Mr Nagendra oversaw the servers and the meal flow. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating to both of our preferences. He oversaw each server's presentation and constantly interacted with us to ensure the food was acceptable. We appreciated that attention. We had several servers bringing the numerous food offerings to us who were all very kind and respectful, but one stood out for his extra attentiveness and helpfulness. That was Pankaj. We appreciated the way he explained the various dishes and answered our ***y questionas regarding them with knowledge and patience. I look forward to eating at the restaurant again tomorrow.

（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

Thanks to the Security and Reception desk (Anany Pandey, Vandana Srivastava and others) for the warm welcome. The ambience is very clean with rooms providing adequate comfort. Taj Ganges has two restaurants. I had the privilege of eating at Chowk most days. Thanks to Rakesh Kumar Mishra (***ager), Navneet, Binod, Sombir and ***y others at Chowk for their courtesy and hospitality. The folks at the Taj Ganges Chowk restaurant gave me a warm send off.

spent four wonderful days over here. the hotel definitely has a charm to itself. its not the poshest, but there is a certain charm to it which one can only find in the truest of Indian places. The staff working here are exceptionally polite and helpful! Eventhough the amenities are not the best,the genuine help provided by the staff members are truly touching. And a huge Shoutout to ***ali who is a very sweet person who also helped me get a plateful of breakfast eventhough i came quite late and hungry. Much gratitude. Love and Peace to the entire team 😊👍

AC is poisonous. I am allergic to dust, but this is dangerous for everyone! I have reported and tried to find a solution. Customer service showed no flexibility nor understanding. The ***agement is very bad and hide behind the screens and app. I say that this is oltraggioso and extremely bad. Especially for not taking care of health as priority. The dorm where I stayed (201) has a ultra dirty dusty and unhealthy AC system and the filters are very dirty and old. There is no maintenance. Breathing all day and night that air is unhealthy and made me sick. My nose was blocked and sinuses inflamed. I couldn't breathe properly. I have reported to the ***ager to get a change. They summarily cleaned the big dust, but air remains unbreathable. This will be reported to health department. Washrooms are nest of insects. It is very disgusting. Everything is quite dirty (pillow outside, tables, ecc). I don't know how people can give 5. The worst experience so far.
