Location Good Food - they have tie up with external joint amenities were satisfactory service good Staff was good. Check in and Check Out was smooth

The reception is rude, uncomfortable spring bed, the rooms are pretty small, unhygienic, even the door latches was not proper from inside from a safety point of View, even the hot water does not come constant they have separate geezer which doesn't work properly

It was pleasant stay. Staff was nice. But room quality & bed linen should improve. They don't have their own room service.

The location is good but the hotel was very unhygienic. Cockroaches are crawling in the room. The hot water geyser is not working and we have to take a bath in another room for hot water. Breakfast not available at the hotel and room service brought wrong food which is not asked for. I offered the same food to him and ask to treat himself from my side. Overall a very bad experience and i hope i will not visit this hotel in future. Also i am surprised how this hotel has 4. 1 ratings. wrong rating or manipulative ratings are used by the hotel authority.

It was amazing the staff was super good and the best part is i got a good discount from make my trip so it was lovely to stay hope i can use sum code for next stay

The location is good from vasai station It takes only 15 mins. The hotel had good staff behavior. Everything is good The only issue is they don't have room service we have to order food from outside like online

Hotel room was not good. Full of dust and not cleaned. Some old clothes of someone were beneath the bed. Not a free and happy vibe environment.

The place is horrible. Not clean at all. Everywhere small cockroaches, no room cleanliness at all. Cigarette butts everywhere bed is bad. All springs hurt u when u sleep, its yuck i have no other words

Towel where not clean, toilet door lock was not working, there was rat in a room, the rat has done poo every where in bed, toilet was ceiling was leaking
