I spent the long Diwali weekend with family at Golden Toff. The resort is well maintained and the staff is polite and prompt. The food at the restaurant is tasty and well priced. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with retro music playing in the background. Overall a memorable experience

I stayed in bike Suraj plaza Thane I got excellent service from front office team specially Mr Irfan and Aditi and vaishnavi and Rupesh entire team of front office giving me best service and all staff of hotel are very polite recommend you all to stay here.

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst on a Business trip from the UK and I can't fault the experience. The room was clean and comfortable - the shower was amazing!! The pool, though very small (and this would be my only complaint about the hotel), was situated on the rooftop affording some great views of the area, an amazing vantage point to watch the Kites, Parrots and Bats and somehow a relaxing atmosphere amongst the noise of the streets below. The three restaurants, and the bar, were all great and the food was absolutely amazing. But it was the staff that set the hotel apart. Every member of staff went out of their way to greet you and every member of staff provided an exceptional level of service. Special mention to Sanket from the Goma restaurant who was wonderful.

Fish and chicken preparation were the best with a perfect balance of spice, flavor and minimalistic quantities of salt, and the desert although limited was delectable. I was especially touched by “the thoughtful surprise - Best Wishes cake” a treat presented to me at the dinning before I left – it was such a lovely surprise and made my exhausting day even brighter!”. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and ensured that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Every individual named cared for me beyond measure and cherished me in their heart. The attention to detail, the warmth, and the genuine care that you all pour into your work shines through, and it left me feeling truly pampered. Over all experience very pleasant and the staffs are very responsive and friendly.food and the room ambience was good. Specially Ms. disksha who was very professional and was catering to all our questions . She made us feel very comfortable and at home. Looking forward to to be back again

I had a very comfortable stay here at fortune hotel. The location is quite easy to get to. The food was awesome. The buffet had a great variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities available. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back again soon.
