The room size exceeded expectations, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. Despite booking a standard room, the hotel graciously upgraded us to an executive room. This unexpected gesture added a touch of luxury to our stay, and we appreciated the extra comfort and amenities. The staff at hotel sai residency were not only polite but also incredibly cooperative. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. Found very nice staff also helpful nature but it's come to room service ac was not working we called the engineer after that it will work but it take time

I stayed in bike Suraj plaza Thane I got excellent service from front office team specially Mr Irfan and Aditi and vaishnavi and Rupesh entire team of front office giving me best service and all staff of hotel are very polite recommend you all to stay here.

The staff was very polite and prompt with the hospitality. We were not expecting a higher level room because of our last moment booking but, we were offered a room on the 31st floor which had a breathtaking view of the city and it was beautiful to sit by the window during sunsets and sunrise as you can see both the city and the national park on the opposite side. The rooms are huge and well planned with adequate furniture to work and relax. The room service was quick and nice, and the food quality is top-notch! A great experience overall and I would highly recommend booking with them for your stay!

Best part about the hotel was their hospitality about food. They don't have restaurant and mmt booking was with breakfast and dinner so they managed our food cravings and provided us ordered item from getting outside hotel.

Fish and chicken preparation were the best with a perfect balance of spice, flavor and minimalistic quantities of salt, and the desert although limited was delectable. I was especially touched by “the thoughtful surprise - Best Wishes cake” a treat presented to me at the dinning before I left – it was such a lovely surprise and made my exhausting day even brighter!”. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and ensured that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Every individual named cared for me beyond measure and cherished me in their heart.
