"Good evening, This is vengatesan R and I was a guest at your hotel Z square from [29/11/24] to [30/11/24], staying in room number [401 Relocated from 405]. I wanted to speak with you regarding my recent stay. I was not satisfied with the service provided, particularly the extra charges as the room didn't have a lock in the room.
"I was also charged an additional amount of RS 1000 by mr. prajwal kakde for room change is that my fault, which I felt was not justified given the issues I experienced. I'm know that you are busy with your work yet please have some heart to respond to your coustomer,
I raised this issue with mahesh (MANAGER AT Z square ) but all my efforts went in vein. Is this the management deals with their so called customer.
I'm dropping this message after n no. of attempts
I will strongly not recommend anyone to here.
VERY VERY VERY WORST AND STEALTHY behaviour.
