Ulasan Novotel Toronto Vaughan

The hotel is clean and modern, most likely due to the recent remodeling. As someone who has traveled to many counties of the world, this hotel has a good interior design. However, customer service and amenities needs improvement. Tipping culture is a big factor in Canada and the U.S., which I am well aware of, but to tip for a breakfast that is suppose to be included in the hotel payment doesn’t make much sense. To test out how well services will be provided, I purposely did not tip a few times and to my disappointment, customer service was not up to par with the hotel’s reputation. Tipping originated as a way to show gratitude to employees with outstanding customer service. Over time, that has changed and it is understandable. However, even if there is no tip given, basic customer service should be provided.

飯店的位置非常良好，房間乾淨設備齊全，下次出差還會選這裡，缺點是早餐一成不變….我住的房型是有包含早餐的，但是小費另給

房間很乾凈，服務員很nice. 早餐不太豐富，但是該有的都有。對面就是Vaughan Mills 購物中心，品牌很多，可以買買買！

需要小費，其他都還可以，早餐單一

離wonderland近，離商場近，這些就夠了

房間大，暖氣很給力

逛街或者去wonderland住這裏很方便.

早餐很豐富，很好味。 不過每天收拾房間就是不主動的，要致電去要求才有人來'打掃。
