Hotel berhampiran Vegreville Corn Maze, Vegreville

We attended a wedding just outside of Lamont in August 2022. When initially booking in March, it was called the Heartland Hotel, and the experience was foreboding. I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to book two nights, was finally told I was successful but was also told that, in the process, all the previously booked rooms for other guests had somehow been erased - would I please let the bride and groom know. Like what ...???? Fast forward to August. Upon arrival, Evan politely informed me that we were only booked for one evening and that ”we” really had a problem. This individual in March had, I'm sure, messed up more than his fair share of reservations. And then.....in walks Charlie. Aside from being engaging, friendly, always exuding positivity, and the epitome of hospitality, she is also efficient as hell. Rooms were reassigned and manipulated so that somehow we were able to spend two evenings in what was supposed to be an already fully booked hotel. Apparently not. When the shuttle failed to arrive to take us to the wedding, she personally offered to chauffer us to the wedding venue (we didn't take her up on it). I also forgot my cell phone charger. Having arrived home 400 km later, I phoned and was incredibly relieved to hear her say she'd track it down and make sure I got it - and I did. This woman should be conducting classes in the hospitality industry, if not running the chain of Days Inns. May you be blessed enough to run into her if you ever have occasion to stay at this hotel - which, as an aside, is modern, immaculately clean, convenient, and runs quite an amazing continental breakfast.

The staff were friendly and very nice while dealing with me who has bad social anxiety. They treated me with the upmost respect. The hotel room was honestly the best one I've stayed in in Camrose and I've stayed in 98% of them recently (going through separation) Very clean & not cluttered I enjoyed my stay allot! The night staff ( more like night angel) even helped me out when I went to shower & had forgotten my razor ! I have nothing bad to say whatsoever :) keep up the good work Camrose Resort & ****** Hotel ! Thank you for making my stay Sept 20-21 st the easiest stay I've ever had at a hotel & being so great to deal with!

Have stayed passing through on business and with family members. Both types of stays were solid. Really nice staff. Clean and modern rooms and a good hot breakfast. On business it's typically a quick stay without any issues. Family stays have been a really good time - pool, hot tub, waterslide are a big hit with everyone. There's a Boston Pizza restaurant right next door, plus there's other good options for eating or delivery in Vegreville - very friendly town. There's also a Tim Hortons, Walmart, Canadian Tire and Dollar Tree in the plaza next door for any means. Lots of parking for trucks and RV's too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
